I have not had much luck in the past with finding small engine repair shops that are responsive to customer needs. I am very glad I found Baldwin. I just used them for the first time this summer to repair my chainsaw and lawn mower. I needed the chain saw fast, as I was getting ready to take it to help a friend who had tree damage from a storm, and Baldwin Unlimited responded by fixing it for me right away, putting a rush on the chainsaw for me. The job was done quickly for me and the saw ran great; almost better than it did when new!!! The mower repair turned out to be a major repair, but they called me and explained exactly what was wrong and how they had to fix it, and how much it would cost, and they gave me the chance to opt out if I wanted to since the repair was going to be a little more than originally thought. I had them repair it anyway and the mower is running great. Bottom line: the price was good, but the service was exceptional, and I will use this company again without hesitation.

We were expecting it to be a major repair. We had some problems with our mower last year that he fixed and didn't think it would last much longer. It ended up working well and ended up only needing new blades and a tune up this time. The price was much lower than we had expected. He does a fantastic job. They are friendly people and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend him.
