He is a very nice man and very professional. He arrives on time and has been very patient about dealing with the bureaucracy. He is very creative about what he does.
Description of Work: I have big slabs of blue stone that stand upright. They were leaning and some were broken. He had to replace the stones into the ground and made them sturdy. It's on a major state road, so he's had to deal with that. Dealing with the officials has been difficult.
