I interviewed several electrical contractors to remove all knob and tube wiring from my 130 year old 3 story house and replace it with new romex wiring. All of the companies that responded from Home Advisor seemed very capable, but my gut just told me to go with Barry and DK. It seemed like this job was in Barry's wheelhouse...in fact he loved this challenge. Even tho the house is 130 years old, they treated it like it was the Taj. They worked within my dates, completed the job on schedule and cleaned up after themselves every day. They made suggestions that I hadn't thought of, that were implemented. DK went above and beyond their assignment at the original bid price. I gave them a key to the house and they let themselves in when I couldn't be there. They were very punctual, honorable, and honest and took pride in their work...something rare in today's world. If I ever need any electrical work again, DK would be my choice without a doubt.

When the technician got to the house he mentioned how old the house was and that it had aluminum wiring and that we would need to rewire the whole house. He never looked at the outlet that we called about. If he would've looked he would've realize that the wiring in the house was replaced with copper due to a fire. So the problem that I had was never fixed nor did I receive an estimate for fixing the outlet.

I can't speak too highly of this company. I had an emergency situation and they made time the day I called to take care of the problem. Everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful, and courteous. Their billing was fair and they made no effort to run up the bill.

The person who was sent out Craig had a beautiful personality and explained everything and he listened, he's excellent and people need to know to listen and explain he also showed me what was wrong and how it was fixed.

they were here 2 people for about seven minutes installed one new switch and reconnected another and charged me $160.00. I think the charge was to expensive for the service renedered.
