Had an emergency situation with a tenant occupied property I own - they responded very quickly and were very knowledgeable and professional. I had additional questions following the service, and they were extremely responsive via email and phone to answer any additional questions. Often consumers have to trade in quality, cost or customer service but this company has it ALL. As an owner of 3 properties, 2 of which are rentals, DK Electrical is a permanent addition to my contact list of service providers!

We hired this company to install 4 outlets in our basement and 1 switch in the kitchen for a garbage disposal. Luckily they were in the area when I called and were able to get to my house and provided an estimate. They arrived at the house on the installation day and could not have been more professional or courteous. I work from home so they told me there may be an Internet outage. They worked around me for that. It was a pleasure to work with this contractor and I highly recommend them!! The cost was reasonable and they worked fast to get in and out but did a fantastic job!!

Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They installed 2 ceiling fans perfectly and asked me about my preferences for placement, etc. While here, they also installed lighting in my attic after years of using cords and lamps. Would use them again and recommend them to others.
