We had a problem with a chirping smoke detector even though we had replaced the battery. After contacting DK, Derrick called us back immediately. He said it was a common problem and could be repaired. He told us that Steve would arrive between 10 am and 12 noon. Steve called just before 10am to say he would arrive in 30 mins. He did arrive on time, looked at the problem, tested the alarm and patiently addressed our questions and concerns. After installing a new battery he stayed to make sure it would not chirp in the next 10 mins. Sure enough it chirped again and Steve determined that our 8 yr old detector needed to be replaced. He did so and now everything is good. Overall we are very pleased with DK. They were prompt, patient and professional.

He fixed all 14 lights and replaced a light fixture and switch.

They installed a fan in the bedroom and an attic fan. He arrived on time. Found two problems with the old installations and fixed them. I am very happy with how they look and work.I will use them again,

the price was too high.i should have been charged by thr hour rate,not each light job.

That said, he was able to make sense of the work of the previous homeowner and repair what needed in a timely fashion. I had hired another electriacian but he failed to complete job. I called Derrick and he called me back immediately and sent over Barry the next day. Barry completed the job to my satisfation and I would recomend DK to anyone who needed an electrician.
