Steve was friendly, professional and obviously knew what he was doing. He provided us with an estimate before beginning the project and completed it in a very timely and efficient manner. He cleaned up all of his materials and trash before he left.

I'll preface the comments by saying that the job was more complex than a standard electrical job. They had to run a wire from the panel to an area outside (through a finished basement and partly underground). That said, the final cost of the project was 70% more than the estimate. In the middle of the job, the technician stated that there was more work than what was stated in the estimate. I think most of the additional cost was due to digging the trench to run the wire, which I thought was included. I thought the original estimate included the work , but the verbiage in the estimate was vague and open to interpretation. (the exact verbiage was "run UF outside underneath dirt and stub up with 1/2" pvc to desired location). It would've been nice to know at the beginning rather than in the middle of the job. They did good work and the technician was on-time and friendly, but a 70% increase in the estimate amounted to hundreds of additional dollars that I didn't expect to pay. I'm sure they do a fine job with straight forward installations, as they have really good reviews here, but I personally won't use them again for any future electrical business.
