I went into the project expecting too much possibly? Essentially all that was done was a line was fished from my living room to my basement and that set me back a pretty penny. It took comcast/xfinity to come out and re-do most of the work (luckily at no charge).

Wasn’t happy with work. Even called them back for a problem that occurred in my attic after they left and I never heard back from them.

DK Electrical Solutions, Inc. replaced the panel box and some sockets. They were very professional and any debris was cleaned up. I would hire them again, I did recommend them to one of my neighbors already.

Experienced professional and arrived on time. Seemed a bit expensive but the work was completed quickly.

I think the price was a little high, but overall great work and it took very little time to complete the job.

the company called me in response to my search on here for electrician. convenient. they scheduled the electrician to come out right away at my convenience since i was home that day. the electrician arrived right on time, was very polite and nice to talk to while he worked. the job was very simple, the price was comparable to another electrician who i got a quote from. the work only took about a half hour total between examining the job, providing me with the quote, doing that actual install, and processing the payment. with a job that simple and quick, i wish there was a minimal dispatch fee like i've seen for plumbers. still, to have the light fixture installed same day by a licensed electrician and done so quickly, it was worth the cost.

I did not get several estimates & the invoice only stated the total charge, not a breakdown of labor & parts. I therefore do not know if anyone else would have been less expensive. My fault, my theirs! He came promptly & fixed the problem in 15 min. Good job!

There was a slight "hiccup" in the scheduling but we managed to work that out. I thought it was a bit pricey but Barry's customer service skills and professionalism were outstanding.

Totally lousy. Run, don't walk in the other direction. These guys are worse than the lousiest car salesman you can ever imagine.

I was frustrated at that the fact I was told there would be a free estimate and no trip charge. They did not disclose the minimum charge of $160.00 before coming out and doing the diagnostic and the Gf 5 switch was the problem and $160.00 was a not a fair price for that job. I did have them give me an estimate as well for a panel upgrade and they offered to take 160 off the total off if we used their service. Even then we had problem because they automatically charged my card $1900.00 though I had not given them the job.

DK Electrical responded in a timely fashion and fully explained the work to be done. Reasonably priced.

Very professional and did the work quickly.. The tech explained everything he was doing. The only draw back was I thought $175 was a little pricey for 1/2 hr. work. I would definitely recommend this company.

Within 10 minutes of putting in a request for an electrician with Home Advisor at 7 a.m. Derek from DK Electrical called. His crew was here by 8:30 a.m. for a smoke detector wiring problem. Detectors would not shut off and because of the ear splitting noise I considered it emergency and so did DK Electrical. Very professional and got the repairs done quickly and efficiently.

They even called me to come earlier then scheduled and very professional.
