Very responsive from initial call to completion. They arrived on time, provided an estimate, and completed the work. They had the necessary materials to complete the job with them. Both techs were personable, competent, and took care to clean up the work area when they were done.

Excellent service from knowledgeable techs. However, the cost was high. $215 for a 20 minute job to replace existing light fixture with a fixture I bought.

The original estimate was WAY OFF, unfortunately. After spending about 15 minutes asking questions, I was given a quote of $385 to fix the problem. The print on the estimate explains that $385 only covered the first 75 minutes! WOW! I chose the wrong profession! The original quote was given without any actual physical inspections, so it was a "surprise" when other issues came up! In the end, my $385 estimate turned into almost $700! The additional necessary work took 30 minutes to fix after it was discovered. In all, 4 hours cost about $700. They fix the problem and I am very happy about that! They were fast, courteous and kind. I would recommend them but just try to get a more accurate estimate up front, if possible. I understand you can't tell what's "behind the wall" until you open it up, but DOUBE the estimate seems a bit high, at least for my budget.

The DK boys were very knowledgeable. They were prompt and worked to fix the outlet. They cleaned up and put my stove back. They are pricey but worth it.

From start to finish this was an absolute great experience. I called after 5PM and Derek, the owner, answered the phone and was extremely helpful and professional. I felt very comfortable setting up an appointment with him. Derek was able to set an appointment for the next morning. even though it was after 5PM. Barry arrived the next morning, called ahead of time as promised. He listened to my concerns and did some troubleshooting. After troubleshooting, he explained everything very clearly and began working on the different projects. Even though there were some additional troubleshooting items, Barry was very professional and explained exactly what he was doing throughout the process. He actually cared about what he was doing, it was obvious. I can't say enough about the whole experience and I would use them again and recommend them whenever possible.

Ryan was great from the start alerted me to what time he was arriving was flexible when my schedule didn’t fit with a scheduled appointment, didn’t make a mess. My only comment would be to have a few extra shingles available when doing a roofing job. I would highly recommend them.
