Ray was very responsive from the time I contacted him on Angie's list till he finished the job. I explained the issue - that the previous contractor had cut the rebars in the basement concrete floor for the half bath, and the town inspectors wanted it fixed. Ray came by to fix and tie the rebars per engineer report. The inspection was performed and approved. Ray and his guys then came back and poured concrete to finish the job. He was in the middle of another big job so came on Saturday/Sunday. I really appreciate that he was able to finish my job quickly so we could close the inspection item and finish the basement. I will use his services again for other jobs in my basement.

Ray was excellent to work with. He explained the job in detail and worked efficiently and effectively. I love the finished product and how well it is holding up over time. I'm just sorry that I did not do this review sooner!!!

Ray did an excellent job for me. I described what I wanted done and he saw to its completion. He is very through and is involved until the job is finished. His crew are 'hard workers' and very amicable and will explain the entire process. I am very satisfied with their work. I totally recommend Ray to handle any concrete work you need. Went well professional hard working group. Kept us up to date of progress finished in timely fashion. Worked late to finish project. Timing of concrete to be poured was delayed and ended up working until 9 pm.

All the work done went very well. Even though Ray is very busy we discussed the repairs in great detail and I agreed to wait until he was available. He did not disappoint. The crew took off the house stucco, disposed of it with their truck, installed sheathing, siding, and soffits. They also installed custom made gutters to finish the work. The job was done on schedule on budget and even though there were several obstacles and difficulties that came up-we worked out quick!......and got the job done. Ray used several workmen who were well mannered, respectful of all, and hard working. Every day the crew would sweep and clean and you would never know serious construction was going on. Ray, Matt, and crew are very capable, experienced, craftsmen. I appreciate them and their work. Like I said, even if there were delays and material issues we worked it out. So from my and my wife's perspective Ray Culligan and crew deserve the very best recommendation. Their work ethic, sincerity, capabilities, and professionalism is A number 1. I gladly give my recommendation and.... commendation and sincerely hope that you all out there that read this reach out to Ray before he gets too busy and use him. He and Matt do it all...in and out. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Ray I appreciate you helping me to finally get the old home in order and looking beautiful. I have been told already that its the best looking on the block and I agree!!!

Project went very, very well. Ray was very easy to work with and did a terrific job. We live in Leisuretowne and it's hard getting responsible contractors sometimes. I'd use him in a heartbeat again should the need arise.

Ray did an excellent job and the steps look brand new. He was on time, called when he said he would call and did the work at a reasonable cost. I would call him recommend him and would call on him again.

I called Mr Culligan and the next day he responded with choices of doors, prices, and estimated installation charges, I ordered the doors and when they came in, Mr Culligan picked them up, installed them and repaired the concrete around the door. He did this job in one day. At this time, we also decided to have the basement windows replaced. Mr Culligan took care of the ordering and installation of the windows. He was extremely prompt in responding to our inquiries, pleasant to deal with and his prices were very good. To top it all off, his work was excellent.! I would highly recommend his company. As a matter of fact, we will be having him do some further repairs in the basement in the near future. Excellent work!!!

This contractor was one of a few I requested quotes from that had "A" ratings. I did not select them based on their price being -1500 higher than the company I selected but they were very professional, quickly came to my house to develop and provide an estimate and displayed good knowledge of what needed to be done to fix our driveway.

Ray and his team removed our old, cracked driveway which was over 40 years old. They replaced it with a new concrete driveway with an attractive paver border. Ray responded immediately to my inquiry and I had an estimate the same day. He took care of all the research with our township pertaining to permit requirements and kept in continual communication with me along the way. Ray took care of every detail and the driveway looks so good we have several neighbors stop by to ask who completed the work. I would not hesitate to use Ray again for other projects.

We had just sold our house and the inspection report turned up sometime that we needed repaired. I would have made the repairs myself except the buyers were asking for a beam to be resecured with a pier in the crawlspace and that wasn't something I was comfortable with.I looked in Angie's list and found Culligan concrete and gave them a call. The owner Ray said he would come to the house on Wednesday and he was very punctual. He gave me a price and said that he could complete the work in a week and a half. He came back ten days later and completed all of the repairs. Ray even reparged a small section of the outside foundation and didn't charge us any more. Very happy with all aspects of the job and would definitely use Ray again.

Sent an email in the evening via this website to the contractor advising what work I needed done and timing on when he could come out to provide an estimate. Expected an email back but instead the contractor came out the next day, inspected the site and provided a written estimate in my mailbox ready for me when I got home from work the very next day. Now that's service! We hired him and he performed the work on the day we agreed upon and completed the job quickly and to our satisfaction at a reasonable rate. Would recommend this contractor without hesitation!

Ray the owner came to my house and gave me a great price to do all the work I needed done. He was available to get started right away weather permitting. I got quotes from 2 other companies and they wanted to charge me more money than $1200 for just replacing the front concrete slabs. He did everything by the book from start to finish. My township is know to be slow to give permits and slow to come out and perform the after inspection. Ray was very patient and kept constant contact with the township to expedite my permit. After the job was finished everything looks great. I will definitely be calling this company again.

He did the repair on the steps then came back the next day to work on the chimney. In the afternoon we noticed paw prints all over the newly repaired steps. He came back and smoothed it out. Next we got a knock at the door and The UPS man left a big footprint in the new cement the next day. Ray was really nice about it. He did a really good job. His prices were very reasonable for the repairs. We intend to use him again for redoing the entire walkway and steps.

He was fine and responded right away and gave us a quote. He was pleasant to work with but we didn't have any work done with him. The price was comparable to other companies. He was very responsive and I would of given him the job but the problem I had with him was he was supposed to check in with my township to see if there were any fees or anything. Three weeks later he still had not got back in touch with me. He might have been caught up in another job but I don't know because he didn't call me. Otherwise, I would have been willing to work with him. When I didn't hear back from him for three weeks we found someone else that will be doing the job for us.

Ray was prompt with his estimates and work . He cleaned up, was very professional and extremely dependable. He moved large amounts of dirt away from the building in order to water proof, made the repairs necessary, installed the french drain and then cleaned up. All in a timely manner and kept us informed. He mulched our entire complex (400 + units) for less than our landscaper and did a great job. He trimmed all our bushes and dead tree limbs.
