+ -1 moreExcellent. They scheduled an appointment quickly and showed up on time. Technician knew exactly what to do and did the repairs in a professional manner. Walked me to each window to explain what he had done and to show me that the window was now working correctly. Great experience. A very well run company.
Description of Work: They repaired 4 windows that when opened, wouldn't stay up. It was inconvenient and dangerous. Couldn't afford to replace the windows (selling house) was delighted that they could be repaired.

+ -1 moreRather than replace my patio doors, I had the glass replaced. Replacing the glass is a tremendous cost savings. DO get a cost estimate in having the glass replaced. Replacing the glass was a savings of $1000.
Description of Work: Replacing the glass in patio door instead replacing the entire door. Cost savings are incredible.
