Bill was quick to respond and did a great job of removing the raccoons from the eaves of our house. His friendly and easy going manner made him a pleasure to work with.

Actual services performed: Roofing, siding, windows and gutters: I now have the best looking house in my neighborhood! Infinity home protection did fantastic work, for a reasonable price. I received a number of estimates and by far Infinity home protection offered me the best pricing. Bill Kidd came out and assessed my situation, he provided me with a detailed explanation of the work needed to be done. Bill's staff was respectful of me and my property, they worked diligently and the work was completed timely. The outcome: New roof, new windows, new siding, new gutters new house. I am pleased with the quality of work completed, the professionalism and attention to detail. Bill is a perfectionist and demands quality work from his staff which is evident in the final product of my house. My neighbors recently had their roof done and paid a substantially higher rate than I, and my roof and house looks 100% better.

Bill showed up right on time to asses the problem. In hindsight I'm sorry I didn't take time to get other costs estimates, single seniors can't be too careful. Nevertheless the job was completed timely and he mostly cleaned up after himself. He never came back to see if I was satisfied. Birds nesting in my roof was a unique problem for me and as such I would recommend him to a friend with a similar problem.
