Mr. Kidd is AMAZING. He is so dedicated to his clients that he even came immediately after having broken his foot. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, professional, helpful, courteous, and kind. He and his crew, (Juan, Rubin, Vaughn and Mike,) did a fantastic job... in very difficult conditions, even working 8 hours on two Saturdays. He solved ALL our problems--even the ones we were unaware of, and gave us a referral for an EXCELLENT plumber who resolved a dangerous situation. Mr. Kidd went above and beyond the scope of our estimate, and DID NOT charge us a penny more. There are not enough superlatives to describe what a wonderful experience it was to deal with Mr. Kidd and his employees. He is generous with his time, expertise, and knowledge. I only wish that others providing a service were half as professional and competent as Infinity Home Protection. Not only was it a pleasure to deal with these gentlemen, it was a JOY to have ALL our problems solved in such an understanding and thorough way. If you require ANY service that Mr. Kidd provides, RUN, don't walk, to the phone and call him immediately.

Bill should up on as scheduled the same day I called .He told me what he would do to eliminate the animal problem in my back yard and gave me an estimate to do this ,which I accepted.he showed up the next day and worked till he solved the problem.A real professional who knows his trade

I had a bird in the microwave vent. Bill Kidd came to my house on a Sunday and evaluated the situation. Told me what had to be done and gave me an estimate. I agreed to both and Bill returned on Monday and completed the project very much to my satisfaction. Pointed out a couple of other problem areas which will be addressed in the very near future.. I highly recommend Bill and he is a professional who knows his work. Bill Kidd was the specialist who came out and helped. I thought I had wasps in the attic. Bill did a thorough examination and determined we did not have any. Taking it a step further he installed a screen to prevent insects or animals from entering a busted gable vent. Bill did this quickly and was more than happy to help after a very long day.
