Everything went well. I would have given 5 stars but we had a minor paint situation that I could have gotten over, accidents happen, if it was brought to my attention when it happened. Overall, Brian seems like a really good dude, answers text messages after hours, flexible schedule, etc

I highly recommend American Air Duct cleaning. They were right on time super professional and very personable. They were very efficient and answered all questions or concerns I had with my system.

Both Brian and Brian arrived at my home on time. They started with the air duct cleaning, and since my house has centralized heating and air conditioning, they started with the HVAC unit. In addition to their punctuality, I was impressed by the quality and speed of their work. For instance, even though the estimated time frame for the work was 5 hours, the actual length to do this work turned out to be less than 3 hours. In addition, they were very knowledgeable, thorough, helpful, and professional. I would highly consider hiring them for this type of work again.

Brian got back to me quickly when I called, and scheduled a time that was convenient for me (not the crack of dawn which so many contractors seem to want to do). He called the day before to make sure the time was still good for me, arrived promptly on the day and was pleasant to deal with. Not only that, he noticed a little critter running into my garage and set a mousetrap he happened to have with him for me. I would certainly recommend him.

This was an excellent experience. Brian was on time, professional, and his work was excellent. I have hired others to do this work in the past, but Brian did the best job of anyone! I will always call him for this service. Pricing was the same as I have paid in the past and was very reasonable. Brian was careful to clean up after the cleaning. This was much appreciated.
