This ia an excellent service. A group of women come, bringing their own supplies and equipment, and they split up, each taking a different task. Within less than 2 hours, my entire home is spotless. They vacuum, wash the tile floors in my kitchen and bathrooms, wipe the counters and cabinets, dust, clean the windows, and tidy up in general. And ALL the employees are very pleasant and helpful.

Great communication, professional service done quickly. Group of 4 or 5 shows up once a month and cleans a 2,000 sq/ft house in less than 2 hours.

Needed a cleanup crew after the contractors left a dusty uninhabitable space. Seneida's came before 10:30am the next day and did an amazing job. Now the other rooms look filthy in comparison. Very professional and great cleaning including the windows, blinds and my appliances look like new!

Very smoothly the first time. Everything sparkling clean. Second time, they didn't budget enough time for follow up cleaning, so they had to stay over their allotted time to finish up.

Seneida's is probably one of the best house cleaning services we have used in a long time. They are always pleasant, and give updates if they are going to be late. Team is well staffed and consistent. Price after deep cleaning is well worth it! I also appreciate their flexibility as sometimes I have to move my cleaning day on more than one occasion.

Called Seneida's the following day, Sunday(!), from the hotel I was forced to stay in overnight, and to my surprise, they were open! In short notice, two of their staff came to the rescue and disposed of all contents of a full fridge, cleaned the heck out of the fridge and all the spills on the floor. They even moved the fridge out of the house and gave it a good rinse (so as not to attract animals or pests) before it's picked up for waste collection. Then, they took away 2 big plastic bags full of our rotten stuff to dispose of. House is once again habitable. Topnotch company!!! Thank you Seneida's for the rapid response and excellent service!

This review is based on two visits. This company sends a team of 3-5 people so you get a lot of person-hours in a short time -- a very efficient, convenient approach in theory. The first time they came, they spent an hour repeating a deep clean of our basement which a different company had cleaned just a week or two previously, as well as doing the kitchen floor and oven (not the whole kitchen). The kitchen work was very well done. I was excited about the basement at first because it smelled so much better and looked neater. Later I realized that the smell was achieved by using over half a can of my own air freshener, not by real deep cleaning. The second time I hired them to deep clean the rest of the house (3 floors, minus the kitchen). I wanted this done in two hours (eight person-hours) and the owner said he thought it should be doable. However, as soon as the crew arrived, they announced that they could not deep clean the whole house in this time. Although this was a little surprising based on my convo with the owner, I obliged them by telling them not to clean the 3rd floor. They still weren't happy but said they would do their best. I would have been satisfied if they had done a thorough job on two floors. I would even have been OK If they had done 1.5 floors well. Deep cleaning is hard work, I know that. Unfortunately, that is not how it turned out. I was working outdoors the whole time they were here so I can't say what they actually did, I can only say they did not move furniture or clean woodwork, and they did not even get to the master bedroom. After they left I found furballs in corners and behind furniture, numerous uncleaned spots on the floor and dirty woodwork throughout the house. As far as I'm concerned, cleaning woodwork and behind/under furniture is the essence of deep cleaning. I ended up recleaning the entire house myself from top to bottom after spending $500 ($420 plus tips) on this company's cleaning alone (plus $240 on a different company hired previously just for the basement). The cleaners were all very nice. I simply don't think they live up to their description as deep cleaning specialists. They are like many cleaning services in that they focus more on process (the actions they take) than outcome (actually getting things clean).

The rep called and made an appointment, an hour later, after he never showed up, and I left him a message on Angie's List, he called and said his reminder never told him to come and still wanted to come. I declined.

The crew was amazing! Quick, thorough, professional and pleasant! My home smells great too!
