Terrible experience.

One of the few who came out to clean a small area of carpet at a reasonable price. Very responsive, and even called to say he'd be a few minutes late.

The company's response time was superb; I contacted them on Friday and Dave was here the following afternoon. I was very impressed with his explanation of the work that was to be done (the prep, the treatment, types of stains, etc). There were some really ghastly stains that I was positive wouldn't come out, but out they came! Also, the dirt from high traffic areas of the carpets was thoroughly removed.

I have used this service twice and they have done an excellent job both times. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Owner came and assessed my house to give me an estimate on my initial cleaning. Team of 3 cleaners were expected but I was surprised with 4 which I welcomed because it took less time to clean (I have 3 bedrooms 3 1/2 bath with basement,). Team was friendly, efficient, and paid attention to details. Very pleased with the cleaning and I have arranged to continue their housekeeping service on a monthly basis.

David and his crew performed with the other expectations in every respect. David always answers his phone and communicate in a very professional manner as cleaners were super friendly and that an outstanding job on a very tough house to clean.

Dave was very punctual in responding to my request at the busiest time of year and I was grateful he was able to fit me in before Christmas. Team arrived on time read to review particulars and then got to work immediately. They had a system in which everyone knew their responsibility to ensure everything got done properly and efficiently. As this was a first cleaning they removed items under bed, vacuumed thoroughly and put items back in place. Team leader responded to special requests, i.e., use of particular products, not moving fragile items, etc. and relayed info to others. The gentleman who vacuumed was fastidious and seemed very happy when I noticed his attention to detail. I was encouraged to evaluate their work and point out anything possibly missed and when I did they were happy to work on a couple of spots on my marble floor which had hard to see sticky residue. Very pleasant crew to work with !

It was GREAT service from start to finish. David was very responsive and laid out all the details in regards to exact charges and what services will be performed. A team of 4 including David to come and ensure my home was very well cleaned before I moved in. They definitely wen the extra mile - one worker cleaned even the windows - taking off the screen and wiping down the windows in all the rooms and other workers were diligent in making sure every spot was cleaned. I requested that the sofa that we negotiated for with the place be deep cleaned as well and they went out of their way to make sure they secured the right cleaning device to perform this task as it was a huge machine - the sofa was very thoroughly cleaned. We were pleased with the outcome of their service and highly recommend them to others!

All went extremely well. David who I believe is the principal was very professional, confident and a person of his word. His team came in right on time and he who accompanied his crew worked so very hard and did a wonderful job. I could not have been more satisfied.
