Sam arrived on time and worked quickly. He replaced a cracked limestone step and secured the railings in about one hour with a helper. I would use him again.

Overall experience was great! We had Sam work with us from the beginning to the end. He gave us an estimate and when the work could be done. He answered all our questions. The day of he called to remind us of the work being done and at the end he was present . we are pleased so far

Bart and his team did great work. We needed to be done stucco on driveway wall and installing stones exterior wall. Bart explained how the work would be processed which made me rest assured. Responded answers for any questions almost right away. Their concrete work was great so I could proceed another project that I postponed for years with him.

Overall a very good experience. Only issue was after the concrete was laid. It took awhile for Sam to come back and complete the job 100% which were minor but still necessary.

Reasonably priced , efficient work . Need to be meticulous and be very definitive on what work should result . Had some small differences in design , but they fixed all right away . Good bang for buck .

The repair work was done well but the finished product lacked the clean look it should. The aluminum has paint scratches and was not cleaned and the cut edges were unfinished and bare aluminum that is visible. I will need to go up a ladder and clean it and use touch up spray paint to finish the job.

Sam showed up on time, explained the issue, work involved,cost/estimate and time in detail. He made sure the job is finished on time and with quality. Appreciate his help and wish to hire him in future.

Jeff from Progressive Renovation was arrived on time and found the problem of our gas fire place and repaired in a very short period of time .He did great job and excellent service!

Excellent and professional work.

Sam was great to work with. They came in and talked about the job, materials, and gave a good estimate. As soon as the 60 degree weather came around they were on site and working. They finished a 350 square foot paver patio in 2 days. This job would have taken me at least a week to do myself. Pricing was great and I would definitely hire Sam again if another project comes along. The finished product looks amazing and we are very happy with it.

A perfect experience! Other companies did only a cursory inspection before giving me a quote, but Sam did a very thorough inspection and quoted LESS than the others. Even though the weather was very cold Sam still came out as promised with his associate to do the work. The new chimney looks GREAT, the workmanship is excellent and the price was fantastic! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Both Sam and his associate were professional and friendly. I will absolutely do business with them again!

well jeff came looked at job and gave me a very fair price to do the job. i am very familiar with the work that needed to be done and he did it right . couple other guys gave to many bs excuses and also wanted to much for an hr and a half work!

Beside the accent the experience was good.
