I cannot say enough good things about Progressive Renovations. The work quality was excellent, the estimate was perfect. No haggling after the job was done. Infact the work crew found an additional crack in my foundation and fixed it. When I inquired about what the additional charge would be I was told none, because they Stand by their estimate. Truly amazing father and son team. Hire the,, you will not regret it.

My parents house needed to get the front stairs redone after a previous mason did a horrible job. Sam knew exactly how fix them, keep them within code, and make them beautiful at a great price! From the get he was honest and on time. We ran into a little weather trouble during the process, but thats unpredictable and i'm sure the work would've been done within the time frame had it not been for all the rain. The final work was absolutely remarkable! He even made his workers redo a step because he didnt like how it looked. His attention to detail was outstanding. This was a great experience for my family and I, as we had been basically robbed from the last company we worked with. As we all know, contractors are iffy to work with but I recommend Sam 110%. I'll be using him in our new house for all of our projects! THANK YOU SAM!

work is beautiful but I cannot remove all the wooden borders placed for the cement work by myself

Chris did not evaluate the situation well. The solution provided "airport grade driveway seal" was not the right solution. He should have recommended applying asphalt but did not. This solution was his "go to" product. All the cracks and issues on my driveway show through and it looks horrible. The step he replaced was poorly done. If you look to this company, ask every possible question and be sure you have absolute clarity about what he means by "the replacement stair will match the existing stairs."

Jeff is absolutely fabulous! I've never met a professional who was so great, honest, and very well mannered. He first started off when he walked into my home and took off his shoes off (I didn't ask him to and also told him he could keep them on) but he insisted. Being that I come from an Asian culture, that really meant a lot to me (it's the little things) because I've seen a lot of professionals who just walk all over your floor and sometimes the carpet with dirt, mud, etc. and don't even check with the homeowner on their preference). Next, he was truly here in my best interest. He didn't try to sell me all the other things that will solve the issue but then make the company a ton of profit even though I didn't need it. He addressed the exact problem and sent us on our merry way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and I will certainly call Jeff in the future for any other issues!

Jeff and his crew were amazing. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and did an excellent job. They exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them for any concrete work you may need. The new concrete walkway and steps in front of our 1930 Log Cabin home never looked better.

Good work but not great.

I would definitely recommend this company. Jeff was great very knowledgeable and always available to speak to me and answer all my questions. I had them replace a huge 48 feet long retaining wall and also resurfaced another retaining wall and they got the work done in a week. I was very impressed with them and would definitely call them again for my next home project. Great prices and very professional.

My experience with Progressive Renovation was extremely good. Bart, went to our home, gave us the best quote for the job, filled for all the permits, did a spectacular job replacing our sidewalk and passed the necessary city inspections. Communication was fluid and the work was done quickly, even considering the rainy season. I would hire them again.
