Had a new water main pulled through foundation. After a year, we started to get water through patch. The original contractor blew me off, went on HomeAdvisor and found this company, called, they were out at house on the next day, assessed work needed, and completed on the same day with a guarantee if future problems arise. Excellent experience, highly recommend.

When I contacted the company I had already received a quote from another company with whom I had work done in the past. Mel came over and after looking at the job quoted me a much better price. Since I am also in the process of selling my home, I asked if he could do the job on the walkway rather quickly. Mel said he had a lot of work already booked, but seeing that we were going to be closing by the end of July, he would move things around. He was able to get started in less than three weeks after he came to do the estimate. Funny thing was when he first told me he would be able to do the job that quickly I didnâ t believe him. But Mel was true to his word. Now for the crew that he sent (Klodi, Jay, and Gilberto). As soon as they arrived they started right in and worked very quickly but efficiently. Not only that but they were very personable and talked with me the entire time. They finished the job in about two and a half hours and did a great job restoring the walkway. I really appreciated their efforts. Mel also called me twice to make sure things were progressing and told me that if I had any concerns to contact him and gave me his personal number. All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend them highly.

We hired Sam to do a new sidewalk. I needed the job done immediately for a party I was having at my house. He came to my house on a Sunday and completed the job. His work was amazing. I would highly recommend using Progressive Renovation.

Weà  à ¢à  à  à  à  ve used Home Advisor for estimates on a number of different jobs. This time we were looking for estimates on some major stucco repair work on one side of our home. Several contractors came out and either felt that the job was too involved time-wise for them or started proposing numbers that were way beyond what we could afford. And then we met Sam from Progressive Renovations. He was affable and encouraging. The job was certainly doable he assured us, but conceded that there might be unexpected work due to the fact that the house was built in 1896. We anticipated this since weà  à ¢à  à  à  à  ve been living here for 47 years. He was very reassuring about any additional costs and when we did, in fact run into several serious foundation issues, Sam and his brother Mel told us we could work everything out at a minimal additional cost. And they were not only true to their word but Sam completed a number of à  à ¢à  à  à  à  extrasà  à ¢à  à  à  à  to make the final result even more satisfying than we expected, Sam and his crack team of masons, carpenters, and painters were frustrated by many no-work rainy days we experienced, but they more than made up for lost days by working full days even on Saturdays. In fact they worked on two different Sundays all day. We certainly would call on them for future jobs. We recommend Progressive without reservations. Thanks Sam, Mel, and the team who completed a beautiful job.

Sam was wonderful to work with! He was responsive, he helped us decide on the best value for our money while helping us stay within our budget!! His crew arrived on the scheduled day and on time!! They were very professional and their quality of work is Excellent. They went over an above to be helpful to us, including helping my husband re-plant a bush that had to be moved out of the way so they could work, we did not even have to ask them...they just did it!! When they were finished everything was cleaned up and looked perfect! We are so please with Sam and his company that we are planning another project already and hope to sign the contract for it today. I cannot say enough about Sam and his crew. I highly recommend Progressive Renovation for any project you are planning.

Sam and his team did a great job. Sam took the time to explain the project to use in great details. walking us through the project from start to finish. Sam was great to work with, he answered all our questions and concerns. With Sam on site the job moved quickly. He also stopped in to check on the work. Also the gentleman, who cuts the pavers on Sam's team was excellent. The before and after of our patio is amazing. Our patio looks great. I would recommend Sam and his workers.

Got steps, sidewalk and porches done, took a little longer than I would have liked for them to complete the job but overall they did a good job. Could have cleaned up better. I feel they tried to get more money out of me than I wanted to pay and had to finally tell them I would not pay any more money, just finish the contracted jobs I requested.

The communication about the project is not properly inform to the workers. It is needed to observes and inform the workers on the project what has to be done.

Responded in a timely fashion. Started job within two weeks of giving the estimate. Completed job in four days. Workers cleaned site completely after job. Sam was great to deal with. Visited job often to ensure things were just rite. Cant beat his pricing. Had many contractors quote this project.

It was Sunday and it was an emergency. The awning above our garage door was falling off. It would've been a disaster. We averted a disaster because of Progressive Renovation. I highly recommend them. They finished the job in one day.

Progressive was initially contracted to reset 3 blue stones on front steps. Mel came started working and we soon discovered that the underlying structure was falling apart due to previous poor construction and water leaking. Mel and his team of professionals demolished (Mel did himself), then cleaned up and totally rebuilt the front steps. They also had to install a footing which was never done. I found them to be very professional and easy to deal with. Mel is very personable, his mason (donâ t know his name) was excellent and â foremanâ Mike who was responsible for finishing the job was meticulous.

project went well. They did a great job. excellent clean up and they protected my new roof.

Mel and his team replaced my side patio and determined my steps and platform had no footings. They were able to give me an estimate and complete an unscheduled project in a professional and timely manner. I would highly recommend Progressive Renovations.
