Sam and his team were great. They kept me informed, they answered my questions on what was being done. Sam actually got the job done ahead of time. My driveway apron was to steep and I could never drive a low car up or down my driveway. Well, these guys removed the area that was needed to be removed, re-leveled it to a slant that was perfect for a low car to make it up and down my driveway. Sam is proud of his work, he loves seeing a job well done, it puts a smile on his face. Definitely would hire them again in any future work needed. My neighbors after seeing my driveway may get theirs done as well.

Sam and his Team surpassed my expectations on this job. Initially we had some misunderstanding only because I wasn't understanding what he was trying to explain to me. He has a thick accent ( which is ok). Once that was cleared. Sam ensure at all time i was happy threw out the entire process. He continually ask me if I liked what i was seeing. His team worked extremely Officially and quickly. The Job that was done at my house was, entire basement wall with wire mesh and double coat of cement. Also they opened the door entrance to the basement from the backyard. the door previously was only 24 inch. now it is 36 and they made two cement wall to sustain the bilco door they also installed. and if thats not enough they removed my old step and remade them Beautifully. The cherry on top was they Completed this Big Job with in 3 days. which i was extremely surprised about!!! i am glad it was quick and Done Correctly which is more important.

Workers were great. Did the great job. But the representative person was not thinking of customers but himself's satisfaction and proud. Also, very expensive.

They didnt find the problem but the work was good. he was not willing to speak with me when it came to negotiating payment but other than that customer service was good.

Sam was always ready to communicate and make any necessary adjustments. Courteous and does excellent work. He made my concrete stairs and made various concrete repairs

Avoid this company. These people are thieves Had some chimney work done when they were supposed to replace aluminum flashing came home early from work as a surprise to them, and they were painting the rusted flashing not replacing it as was written in my contract. After contacting Mell the boss he says he will correct the problem but the real problem is his problems should never of occurred trying to be sneaky and rip off the consumer they should be ashamed of themselves and out of business.

Just the best company, will use them again.

Avoid this company. I contracted them to do a simple residential concrete patio and gangway, and they tried to install the concrete with a 1x34; deep gravel base when industry standard as confirmed by several other contractors in the area is a 4x34; compacted gravel base at a minimum. Another contractor, Salmeron Company, quoted us the same price for the same patio with a 6x34; gravel base (and 4x34; of concrete on top). We went with Progressive because they were more responsive. After I complained about the excavation, they promised to excavate to 8x34; but then actually tried to proceed without doing it twice. This meant a lot of work for me demanding they stop work and getting someone on site to check their work repeatedly. In addition to this headache, the project manager, Klodi, came to my condo before the job was finished and got into the building without ringing the bell and then knocked on the door and hid in the hallway so I couldn't see him from inside. He wanted to pressure me to pay him in full before the job was completed and I could check his work, when I had told him not to come to the house as I was alone with a one year old and pregnant at the time. I refused to pay him the balance at that time and I reported his behavior to his boss, Mel. Mel ended up coming back to the job and removing the concrete that was spattered all over the siding and windows as well as removing the mountain of dirt from the middle of the yard and the wood concrete forms - which completed the job to my satisfaction. After which I paid him the full balance. However, Mel also underlined that while Klodi's actions were unprofessional, he and his company stood behind the 1x34; gravel base being sufficient for a residential patio. For this reason, I have to report them as company that knowingly attempts to exploit the uneducated consumer and employs deception as well as threats to achieve a higher profit margin to their clients detriment.

Sam called me on Sunday Oct. 6th and we meet on Oct. 9. We agreed to the price and the work would be done Oct. 22nd & 23rd. Sams crew was on time both days and worked at a steady pace and did a excellent job. I am well pleased with all the work Sam and his crew did. I can not say anything bad about Sam. In my book he is very honest and concerned of how you feel and does his best to have you be perfectly happy. Again great work Sam and it was a pleasure working with you and having you do my job. they came and finished the job in one day. I watched the workers all day, I impressed with their professionalism.

Job well done. neat and clean. Showed up when promised on time and cleaned up when done.

They were my third choice of contractors, but first two choices were booked up so I settled. I think I should have waited. Sam was affable and a bit aggressive with sales pitch but mostly returned calls in a timely manner. Work was adequate, but there were mistakes made - low spot on walkway that collects water next to foundation, crooked edges, uneven placement of some concrete. They left a mess, splattered concrete on house siding that required power-washing to remove; dirty greasy handprints on vinyl siding that needed scrubbing to remove, lots of gravel left on lawn; broken drain pipe, left forms on-site for over a week despite constant calls.

Very busy professionals. Did exactly what we agreed to for a reasonable price. Hard to get through to their office -voicemail mailbox is full so can't leave messages. But the work is excellent!

They solved and fixed the problem.

To prevent in-house water leaks, out stucco chimney had to be replaced, not simply repaired. The insurance adjuster stressed the need to find someone skilled enough to replace every layer properly. Sam, at Progressive Renovation, was the only contractor we interviewed to tell us exactly what the adjuster advised, and his cost estimate was identical to the adjusters. The crew worked on our site constantly (except during rain) and not only restored the chimney, but did so with better materials and workmanship than we had before. Everyone was friendly, highly competent, and a joy to be with.

Found Progressive Renovation on homeadvisor. Sam called to set up appointment. He was very knowledgeable in the area of what we needed done. I liked the fact he brought pictures of work he has completed. He was very professional. His workers arrived on time day we were given for them to start our new steps. Could not be happier with the quality of work. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend their service. Ask for Sam he was the best

Sam was great to work with, he went out of his way to get our project completed on time and to our satisfaction. There main installer worked with a pride and passion in his work to get the patio just right. Many thanks to all involved to complete the project in a short time frame and during one of the hottest weeks of the year..
