If I could give zero stars, I would. To say this company is a scam and a joke would be an understatement. I spoke to a man, Jerry, on the phone, who flat out lied to me about every aspect of my cross-country move, and I hired them feeling confident and relieved to have found a "legit moving company." I could not have been more wrong. Everything Jerry said was false, and when the movers showed up, several hours early (so I didn't even have a parking spot ready), they told me they couldn't fit almost half of my things onto the truck. All of my boxes and furniture were listed on my original contract, so I was extremely confused. They said they could take everything but it would cost literally thousands more dollars. I ended up having to decide to just let them take the boxes, meaning I had to sell all of my furniture. Jerry told me my things would probably get to the destination before me (cross country, and I was taking a week to drive), but halfway through my drive, I called for an update, and they told me my things were still in a warehouse in NJ, and wouldn't get to my new place for at least another MONTH. My parents literally rented a truck themselves, got my stuff from the warehouse, and drove it all the way to OR. Jerry also told me that their company did all the steps and the move, but they were using a totally different company for the actual move. When I looked at the reviews for this other company, all of the reviews said that their things either arrived broken and destroyed, or that valuable things had been taken from their boxes and didn't arrive at all. Absolutely horrendous. PLEASE DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY, they are dishonest and disgusting. Jerry in particular - truly incredible the extent of his lies.
