replacement windows, window treatments

We had new windows installed on my house in October 2020 by Rick Sanchez of Premium Construction Service, Newark, NJ, which was a lousy job but we didn't know it until later. Rick recommended his friend, Cisco, from On Time Property Maintenance to put on the trim around the outside of each window because Rick doesn't do that. So we called Cisco and he was busy with another job and to call him "next week". We called and Cisco was still busy and to call him again. We repeatedly called him numerous times and he gave one excuse after another. Now this is almost June 2021 and Cisco still hasn't made an attempt to reach us. We finally moved on and hired a "real" company and we couldn't be happier. By the way, Premium Construction Service never returned to fix a draft that comes through my windows that he installed and they didn't bother to paint the new wood trim they put on the inside of each window. We had to finish up. In my opinion, these two companies are not reputable and I would never hire them again.

Description of Work: First things first, the company’s name speaks for itself. On time, reliable and efficient work by Cisco and his men. After my home was ravaged by a storm this summer, literally lifting up my roof and destroying it along with the wood panels underneath, the chimney, gutters and water coming inside my house also destroying my ceilings, Cisco wasted no time, saw the urgency of getting these fixed before anymore damage could occur. Literally, a day later Cisco and his men showed up, assessed the damages thoroughly and fixed the roof and chimney. The prices Cisco quoted were fair and reasonable and, thankfully, my home insurance was able to pay for all of the work otherwise I would have been absolutely screwed. Immediately I knew Cisco was out to help me by reassuring all will be fixed. He is in business for his customers, not just for himself. Whenever I need a contractor for repairs, I will not hesitate to call Cisco again. By far the best contractor in New Jersey!
