Every employee I dealt with, office, estimate individual and installers were professional and communicated very well. The product is a basic design and the quality is very good.

Great company, excellent price and awesome work. It took a week or two longer than I expected for the rails to be installed. But I don't mind waiting for things to get done right.

Majka is the best for aluminum railing. Everything went very smooth. They came in almost immediately upon request for pricing. Owner came in to take mesuarments- was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Provided the best price Out of 4 or 5 estimates from other local companies. Timely instolled railings as promised. The work was done quickly and very inexpensively, with Majika coming in several hundred dollars cheaper than every other estimate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use them in the future.

I called Majka to schedule an estimate for a railing installation on my front porch and was told that someone would get back to me by the end of the week to confirm a date. I was not contacted, so I reached out to them to follow up, and there seemed to be some miscommunication on their end, where they thought someone had already come out. I was finally able to obtain an estimate about 2 weeks later once everything was straightened out. Fred arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He brought samples of aluminum railings as well as color options, and gave me an estimate right on the spot. We scheduled the work the following day, and the railing was installed about 5 weeks later. It looks beautiful, and the price was great compared to other estimates I had received. I would definitely recommend Majka for railings and would absolutely use them again.

They did a really nice job, the stuff looks amazing. The only issue I have is that, everythng is like a newer finish which is nice, except the two spots and she told me no that can't be, because they're all done the same, I said yes but it's not the same, there's two spots that are not shiny like the rest of it, it kind of wont match and she's like well send me a picture, so I send her a picture and they never got back to me, it's been three weeks. I ordered this stuff in the summer and they just delivered it in about a month ago, and it took almost 10 weeks of fabricaton, it's not a lot, it's four railings, which is going up three steps, we're not talking about major paint, and the design that I askked them to reproduce is two curly q's, that's it. So, it's not like it's completely out of the wheel house, completely alien. The girl who answered the phone could use a little customer service. Over a month ago, they came, they installed, they also stained my steps and I was really disappointed about that, because I stood out there and it's on the guys shoes, I don't know maybe it was from another job or where did they stepped in, but there was some kind of black greasy, like being walked to an oil in a gas station, and then they stood on my new steps that the chimney guy had just finished, I had them nice for two weeks, they came, they installed these railings and I got these big huge ugly footprints on my front steps. So I had to get out there with a power washer and that didn't help, and then I got out there with a scrub brush, bleach and hot sulky water and scrubbed it for like half an hour, and then power washed it, slowly but surely it fades. So it's like they didn't call me back about the differences on the finish of the railings, I wasn't even going to say anything about the steps, so I'm really still very angry. I would give them a C just because they didn't resolve the issue, they weren't nice, but I have to say the railings were beautiful.

A man came and we discussed where I wanted it. We placed the order and gave them half the money. He did say it would take a long time, something like 8 to 12 weeks. We said we understood although it seemed a bit much because it was not that big of a railing. But we understood and agreed to that. I called once to see if it was ready and was told it would be another week. They called when we were on vacation that they wanted to install it. We were not home. I called back on the next Monday, which was, like, four days later and told them they could come and install it. They told us they would have to get back to us because they would have to be in our neighborhood. I thought that was very strange because of what I have already said. They told me it would have to be after Labor Day and I did not like that. I tried to get hold of the person that came out to see us but was told he could not call us because he was on the road. I spoke to his brother who was in the shop and finally got it resolved fine, but I did not like their behavior. The woman who answers the phone is not a good person to do business with. Their prices are probably a little steep, but there are not a lot of people who do this -- making wrought iron products. This is my first wrought iron product I have ever bought. I like the look of it. They came when they said so their punctuality was okay. I think the man who came and took the order was professional but I was not impressed with the professionalism of the other brother.

We needed handrailing installed in three different outside locations at our home. Mr Majka came to our home within one week of our first inquiry to discuss the project and our needs. We got good information, insights into possible materials and installation when Mr. Majka visited our home. He was clearly knowledgeable and had been in the business a long time. We thought Majka railings would be a good and reliable company to make and install our railings. A proposal was received 1-2 weeks later. We submitted some changes and requested additional information. Then, despite 3-4 telephone calls over a period of about three weeks, we never received a reply of any kind nor a call back about our questions regarding the project. We finally gave up and called another fabricator-installer. Nice people and very experienced but surprisingly unbusinesslike!!

Went well. Satisfied with the work done. I will definitely hire them again.

See above. Quality of goods better than I anticipated. Excellent workmanship. Several months later, Sept 18 today. I have received many compliments on the railings Majka installed. The mason who rebuilt my steps asked for their information to share with his customers. Thank you Majka!!

Called and made an appointment. The representative arrived on time and brought samples as I had indicated I wanted brown railings with straight rails. We talked a while, he measured and drew out an outline of the railings. He also noticed one of the stones on my porch was lose so we had it cemented prior to the installation. He told me the railing fabrication would take about 6-8 weeks, which was fine by us. Because friends were visiting from Europe during the expected time the railings would be ready, I called Majka and spoke with very nice woman and asked them to wait until my visitors left and gave them a date that would be good. Unfortunately the day they were to be installed, I had to go into my office so couldn't be there when they installed. But they said it was no problem - I didn't need to be home and could mail them the balance of what I owed. When I arrived home, the railings were there - just exactly what I wanted - no scratches or dents - everything looked perfect. My husband was very pleased also. The entire experience was great. I had previous gotten an estimate on wrought iron but it was also double and was not impressed with the rep or the samples. I also had discussed aluminum railings with a friend in Bergen county who just had them installed by another company and he paid more than twice what we were charged.

It looked really well. I like Majka and they were good. I would recommend them. They kept me advised for the prevention process. They delivered on time. The installation was professional. They were great. Majka was great.

From start to finish I was very pleased with the whole performance of this company. Would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

Awesome experience! The guys came out and removed our very old and rusted railing and replaced it with a brand new railing. They were clean, quick and professional. And very affordable! Great experience!

The railing was made to exact specifications and the end product was identical to the photos shown and of excellent quality.. The area was properly measured and the installation was perfect.. Everyone was courteous and professional and took time to explain. I felt very comfortable using this company and I am very please with the results. I plan to use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them. The price they quoted was the price charged. Honest; no hidden unexpected charges..

I called Majka Railing Company to get information on installation of outside handrail for staircase. The receptionist answered all of my questions and was very accommodating with providing a date for her technician to come out to evaluate project. I requested technician call me 30 minutes before arriving. Technician called and was right on time. He was very pleasant and informative as to what needed to be done. He took measurements and wrote up a proposal right on site. Although, I did not contract Majka Railing Company it was not due to pricing or my confidence in their ability to get the job done. I was simply getting estimates as I am in the process of selling the property.

The provider responded quickly. He promptly came to my house to give me an estimate. He was friendly and spent quite a bit of time explaining the services he would be providing. I told him I did not like the design of my neighbors' railing and he went out to look at their railings. I did not have to be home on the day of installation and just had to provide electricity and a water source. The railing was installed professionally and we are very satisfied. I referred this company to a friend that was planning to have a railing installed. The estimate he received from this company was over two hundred dollars less than an estimate he received from another company. He hired this company to install his railing.

The installation from start to finish was very well done. We requested a railing for a handicapped individual, where the railing had to be extended down to the sidewalk, and not end on the fist step. They manufactured and installed a beautiful railing that is currently being used by a very happy handicapped person. They can finally leave their home without help from another person.

They are friendly and did good work. It did take a couple of follow up calls to keep the ball rolling. I would use them again.

I was satisified with their work. The installer reccomended a new mounting location which worked out well. I was impressed that they re-measured the railing mounting locations after I had new Treads installed. My lead time was 4 weeks for fabricating two custom railings. In my opinon, this was a reasonable amount of time.

Excellent. From the initial home estimate, detals of proces and schedule - everything was as stated. Railings were installed as requested. No clean-up was necessary. Railing was as ordered. Installation was completed on-time. Office staff and billing were courteous and professional. Outstanding recommendation from Angies list and well worth it.

Fred came up to do the measuring and quote the job. He was, perhaps, the nicest person I have come across in a very long time. He was professional and personable and I just knew that I was going to like working with him. He told me how long it was going to be from quote to install and he was right on. He was also prepared with sample material so I could, literally, get a feel for what was going to be installed. The install guys were so nice! They were exactly on time got right to it and they were just really, really great! They expalined about maintaining the railing and when they left, the property was spotless. I could not be happier and I would HIGHLY reccommend them! Thanks!
