Madison Wireless

Madison wireless messed up 2 of my iPhone XS Max. I went in for back glass replacement on both devices and walked out with 2 bricks 🧱. After they serviced my phones the devices were deemed garbage by Apple corporation. The laser technology that they used to burn the back glass also burn out a few chips on the motherboard and did damage to the flex cables as well. After returning to Madison wireless for a resolution, I was quickly turned away and accused of surrendering 2 broken phones for repair. This place has young guys that really have no experience in this high tech field to fix iPhones. Please don’t take any short cuts on trying to save money. Because you will walk away with a complete loss dealing with this establishment. They have 2 stores a block away from each other and also operate from a Boost Mobile store right next door to one of the Madison stores. I do not recommend this place at all.
