American Pride was by far the best contractor I've had over the years. All the work was performed in a professional and timely manner. Cost were very reasonable. Joe, our contractor, always kept in touch with me throughout the construction. The end result was evidence of his excelent workmanship. My husband and I are extremely pleased with our new deck and I will most definitely use his services for future projects.

I was very impressed with Joe's knowledge of roofing, specifically he paid a lot of attention to venting and came up with a solution that is working well (house is cooler in the summer) and makes the house look great. His crew showed up early in the morning and completed my two story home in a single day; they were clearly experts at what they did and operated with military-like precision. It's been two years and two major hurricanes (Irene and Sandy) since the roof was done and I haven't had a problem.

Joe is a true professional...very smart, very helpful, out to make a living, not a killing. We found him to be trustworthy and truly competent...everything is in writing. Excellent, polite crew.

Joe-very nice person, good initial presentation. Answered many questions before/during/after job "completion": roof/gutter replacement, ridge/soffet vent install; rotten wood replace. did some mortar work for $0. He said most of his jobs wrapped soffet/fascia in aluminum, which I didn't have done. But did not seem prepared to prime, paint & caulk soffit/fascia wood. Had to ask him back to check/do-even had to get paint for him. Claimed I wasn't clear about scope, but discussed/in quote. DId not seem to monitor gutter sub-had to come back to correct angle. Great clean up on roof, less on carpentry/gutters.

Work was mostly not a repair but installation of anti fungal system

First contractor wanted to replace half of the roof. Joe replaced 1 shingle and cleaned the roof. With the, lot of money, we saved we have Joe coming back for another project.. Great guy to work with, highly recommend him.

The team worked quickly and cleaned up remarkably well. They were there when they said they would be and we felt it a fair price.

They were punctual, knew what they were doing and delivered what we wanted. We will use them again in future for any other renovations. They did a great job on our deck.

Joe VanBuren was responsive and gave a reasonable quote for roofing, vinyl siding for dog house dormers, a half dormer and a side entry. He also did coiling around my windows and replaced a few downspouts. There were two different crews. The roof was done first including a tear off. A crew of 5 or 6 completed the entire job in one day. Several days later a different crew came to do the siding, They too did an excellent job. It looks great and I am very happy.

Joe was very understanding of our needs. Worked with us fairly and professionally. Cut no corners, took no shortcuts. All work was the highest quality. Service and follow-up was timely and thoughtful. Cost was fair and among the lowest estimates we received. We are very happy with the results and would recommend American Pride to anyone. Joe and Mike are tops.

We definitely will hire Joe again if we have another project. Our porch is now complete and it is honestly the nicest screened porch I've seen. The detail is amazing and the compliments are coming in from everyone. We love it !

this was virually an out of this world project from beginning to end! American Pride readily provided drawings and complete explanations. They completed the job in flawless fashion. Their efforts were often creative and they were truly proud of their work ethic.Throughout our project communications were positive and informative. no question naieve as it might have been was never scoffed at or dis-regarded. Our neighbors were truly impressed and we are so proud of our new deck and the Total Quality efforts American pride afforded our project we have a New Deck partyplanned for this coming 9/12 and we will invite the American pride team ..

Joe and his guys did a GREAT job. Joe went out of his way to make the job perfect. We were very impressed with the job so much we plan on having them come back and do other projects .
