Way too expensive!!

This amazing father-son team is tops in the business. They have done multiple large and small projects in my home over the years and are my "Go to" guys and the first ones I call when I need home improvements and repairs!

I had an emergency my roof was leaking and had to be repaired and my ceiling failed and had to be repaired. I called them and they fixed everything at a Great price! The whole staff that was at my house was extremely professional and respectful and did a phenomenal job!!! If you need anything done please contact them they are the best!!!! They have excellent customer service! They are definitely a 5 Star company!!

I hired John Denny Contractors for several small jobs, including some carpentry and some electrical installation. David kept in touch with me and was very knowledgeable about the entire job. The work was impeccable, and his workers cleaned up everything at the end. I would certainly hire this company again.

The repair was completed within a reasonable amount of time.

The project was the staircase to the basement. They showed up exactly at the agreed time. They were efficient and left everything clean. I have no complaints

This is his Dad's business but David is the point person for contracts. This is a difficult review to leave because i'm quite conflicted but I have to give them a subpar rating. David is a nice guy and a pretty straight shooter but he wasn't around for most of the work being done. We have several issues - They sanded our steps and tossed the saw dust into our bushes in the backyard, I caught this on camera, when i called to tell David he had his guys clean it up, they then walked to the back of our yard and found another spot to toss it (I caught that on camera too). They installed our island crooked, I spotted this and they fixed it, but they improperly installed the microwave in the island and the trim kit didn't fit so now we have a shifting microwave in the island. They did a really sloppy paint job. They removed old light fixtures from the kitchen and took them unbeknownst to me. These fixtures are worth about $150 a piece and I had plans to resell. The the backsplash in our kitchen is uneven, and they dented the new oven vent. We are happy with the way our kitchen looks, and we're happy with many of the other renovations they made, but that's only because aesthetically it's a major upgrade over what we had before, but if I had to judge them solely on the quality of the work done it's subpar. Just too many mistakes. The price for this work was great, and they are nice people no doubt, but some of the mistakes made could have been avoided through effort and attention to detail.

David and his staff were very professional, always here on time, organized, very neat and respectful. They turned my porch into a wonderful new room and a great addition to the house. Well worth all the money spent. Will hire them again for my next project. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

THEY were reasonably priced, here on time and got the jobs done in a half hour.

I hired them to come over and remove a bird nest from underneath a piece of siding high up on my house near the roof line. And then put the siding back into place.

Not up to par with building code. I had to address because they painted over newly installed walls without sanding properly. I am currently repainting walls because I can still see primer and paint is different shades. I'm also in the process of removing paint off tiles do to tiles being painted while trim was being painted. Won't hire again. Bring personal issues to work. Won't be hiring again.
