They were very polite. They called to confirm and kept me informed about everything. After work was completed we went over the changes that were made. They helped me reset my password to my opener. Left the area near and clean. Put everything back in place. I'm happy with the overall look of the garage and replaced parts. They were very knowledgeable about what was the best option for replacement. Very pleased with the company.

I had to replace my landlord’s garage door as I accidentally damaged it by putting several dents into it. Go Pro is the only company that offers a free on site estimate. I was able to get a few quotes from other companies by phone and go pro offered the lowest price and yet the quickest repair time. They were able to answer a lot of questions for me and always prompt in returning phone calls. My landlord is very happy with the new door.

Alejandro was very good at his work and went beyond his duty to ensure the door was working perfectly rather than just fixing the broken spring. He went on to readjust the entire garage door as it was fixed incorrectly by the prior installer. He was very courteous and reasonable.

I needed a new garage door remote. I called and made an appointment for the next day. The rep called me before the appointment to let me know he was on his way; about 30 minutes away. Helpful since I was still at work. The rep drove up. Surveyed the problem an activated a new garage door opener. He tested it a few times. Then he oiled all of the hinges and lubricated the joints. (I never did that in 10 years, but I will now!!). I think the rep's name was Luis. Yes, I would hire Go-Pro again. Then I went back to work.
