Prices are more than reasonable at face value. I was given a price to take care of my initial concern which was the leaking of rain water of my chimney flashing. While this was being addressed at the price I was quoted, I was presented with photos of chimney damage that suggested I need a new chimney. The flashing was done, and paid for. However, I likely will have a problem down the road. I have a very high and steep angular roof so nobody really wants to go up to assess, so maybe that is standard practice. I have to wait to see how this repair holds up to continuous long hard rain to fairly rate this but the prices seem very fair.
