Quoting went great, price was good, agreed on terms, they handled the permits, so from several other companies that quoted around the same price selected them because of handling the permits. Communicated and expected the job to be done in the timeframe promised which is 6 weeks from the down-payment, and highlighted this as the completion time was important because of personal reasons. Big surprise when instead of the promised timeframe, it just doubled, reasons, various. Called to get explanations and discuss the timeframe, we did not get far in the discussion when the lady on the phone became extremely unprofessional, rude, impolite. Her temper was short to begin with ... Their customer service professionalism is way under the one star that I have to give as cannot go negative, they do not care about customers, they have plenty of business so they can afford mistreating people. Called back and talked to the owner for a refund, in spite of not having any options I asked for a refund, I can live without redoing my fence, but companies like this don't get my business. If I would have talked to a friendly person on the phone I would have left it as is, customers beware ...

We just had a 6’ fence put in and hired Challenger Fence to do it. We could not have asked for a better experience. We got 4 different quotes, they were the least expensive by far. The installers were responsive, and provided quality work. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Everything went according to plan. Very smooth removal of old and installation of new fence. John provided my estimate, which was very fair when compared to other quotes I got.

I would use them again. My first impression was a B. Great pricing, hard working and fast. They went out of their way to work late and finish the job in one day and on time.

I am thrilled with the job that Challenger Fence did. They worked professionally and efficiently and I could not be happier with the outcome. It was a pretty big job but was done in a weekend (essentially done in a day with about 30 minutes of work which was done the next morning). I have gotten many compliments from neighbors about the fence and my next door neighbors on each side just love it! The only tiny wrinkle I had was that I had a little trouble getting in touch with them at one point. After just a brief delay, we connected and it was very smooth sailing from there. The salesman was terrific and the crew who performed the installation was very, very good. Someone from the office followed up with me once the project was done to see how it went. That was very much appreciated. I highly recommend Challenger Fence. Excellent work for a good price!

Communication is not their strong suit. I never got a full description of what was being installed, and was told the "sales rep" would go over extra options with me. There was no communication with a sales rep to go over any options after the estimate, and I ended up having to take what they brought the day of the install, after expressing interest in upgrades. The install was ok but there are many gaps under the fence that I'll need to fix for safety issues.

Excellent! From the first contact with Melinda, to the estimate from Alex & then the installation itself, I couldn't be happier. They even submitted the work permit application for me. The two installers were professional & friendly, as well as neat & clean. The job was completed in about 6-hrs.

It went fantastic, they were not the cheapest option but I appreciated the quality of customer service. Everything was well planned and organized and everyone was right on time for my appointments. They are also the only company who offered to pick up my permit on my behalf which I loved considering I work in the city and do not have free time on weekdays.

I didn't end up using them. After I paid the deposit, they told me that they couldn't do it the way we had agreed on so I canceled my order. They gave me false information but at least they told me right away. Their price was fair. It was adequate. It was the same as the other companies. I would never use them again.

It went well. We did several quotes and settled on them because they had the best price & quality combination. They took care of procuring the permit with the town at no additional cost which was a nice service added. We were disappointed that the person who came out for the quote didn't come out the day of the job to ensure everything was as originally discussed. Having the said that, the crew that did arrive were professional and easy to work with. We called and scheduled an inspection with the town to close the permit which took longer than expected. Challenger understood there were some concerns over closing and took the initiative to followup with the town for us and waited till the permit was closed to process the final payment. We really appreciated their patience and professionalism. We'd be happy to recommend them to neighbors

The fence looks great, cheapest fence by far and they were easy to work with.

Appt was made, gentleman came out and was very friendly. I was optimistic about using this company, but I never received a quote. The estimate was done on 4/11/16. The estimate was expected either that night or early morning considering they said they would get it to us by the end of the day if not too busy. Nothing, so I called on 4/12/16 to see if it was ready and she said she would TRY to get him to send it. Seriously? Today is 4/14/16 and still nothing. Maybe I'll get something after I post this?

They arrived on time, reviewed the plans, removed the old chain link fence and installed the new fence all in one day. Our yard was about 80longx33wide to get an idea of size. They arrive at 8am and ended a little after 5. They even cleaned up the yard a bit, washed the fence down and packed the ground underneath with dirt we had in our yard so the dog cannot run out. They were fast, efficient and the price was great. Another bonus is that they got the permits for us.

Alex and his team did an excellent job. They were very timely in their communication. kept appointments and thorough in their work.

So these guys have now installed their 4th set of fences for us over the last 10 years- 3 sets at our old house, first set at our new house. They are my go-to fence guys, always fair and within the same price range for each job. I dont even bother with other estimates anymore. They are trust worthy, hardworking and execute quality work. We even had a slight change in the middle of the installation to make 2 vinyl panels removable and they just made it happen- no big deal. Super cordial and treat you like friends and family. We have to replace some deck, porch and balcony railings and they will be the only company I will call. Thank you Alex ;) You guys rock!

Tony gave me a price. We decided what day they would install the fence. They came install the fence it took a little longer then normal because of the rain and came back the next day to finish. I would highly recommend Tony & Challenger Fence.

After receiving the estimate I emailed back a question about adding a gate and received and immediate reply. After that I followed up with 2 more emails to discuss revisions or adjustments to the estimate to try to get it closer to our budget. I have had no replies from them. They came highly recommended from a neighbor, but seem uninterested in our project at this point. Have to find someone else, which stinks.

Great experience with Challenger fence. From the estimate to the installation, they were very responsive and easy to deal with. The price was affordable and within our budget. Once we put down the deposit we were able to schedule the installation within a week. Would definitely recommend their services to others.

Wanted to get a quote but unfortunately they can only come out during 7.30-5.30 M-F which makes it difficult for those that have full time jobs. I'm just not going to take a day off work to get a fence quote. They have one person who works Saturdays but they seem quite booked out. I'll be looking at other providers simply because of difficulty scheduling.

2 guys came on time, very nice to work with, they came in around 9 were done around 330pm, no problems whatsoever, the fence looks GREAT i couldnt be happier. The price was amazing also, lower than any other estimates I got. Everyone was really nice to work with.

Challenger Fence was extremely pleasant to work with from initial stage (scheduling for a quote) to negotation and install and support afterwards. Alex was prompt in providing the quote, answering questions, and help me understand the installation process. Irena was very helpful in walking me through the product selection as well as assisting me in the preparation process after contract was signed. The installation crew arrived promptly and was courteous. The work quality is excellent and professional. One thing I want future customers to know is to make sure you mark your sprinkler headers. I had one damaged during the installation but I was promptly reimbursed for the fix to the damage. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Challenger Fence to my friends.
