+ 0 morein the end, upon a quick glance the job looks great but dig a little deeper and you'll find the many flaws... overall i'd give the job a C+ he was probably towards the middle of the pack as far as pricing... who knows if i went with the more expensive guys if they would have done better... i sent him an email with this same feedback as constructive criticism... wasn't expecting a response and didn't get one... price breakdown... 7800 drywall... 2500 one coat of primer and one base coat (i bought paint)...
Description of Work: found this company thru angies list and will give my honest assessment... i had drywall and paint done by them... THE GOOD: - the owner julio is a pastor and is extremely pleasant to deal with - fast - very accomodating: julio fixed an issue himself that wasn't even his fault - julio is pretty accessible THE BAD: - due to them being so fast they made many mistakes - painted one room the wrong color - used a combination of nails and screws... only used screws where it wasn't being taped... would it have been that difficult to use all screws? - sloppy... his team was more interested in speed THE UGLY: - they forced in parts of the drywall and because the cutout wasn't aligned properly it created problems in the outlets and the pipe protrusions - bathroom cement board was the worst my tile setter has ever seen - covered up a few outlets with drywall... luckily i took pictures of the walls before they were covered up so i found where they were
