Description of Work: They had to open the wall and check where the leak was coming from and also had to open the siding of the house and look there as well. They found leak and fixed it.

Description of Work: Came on a Sunday for no additional cost. This is the second time I've used them and both times have been great.

Description of Work: I had to leaky toilets that needed to be fixed. Advanced Professional Plumbing, Heating and Cooling helped me identify the parts that needed to fix the toilets, they ordered the necessary parts and came back to complete the job. They were extremely professional, arrived on time, and cleaned up after themselves. There prices for the job were extremely reasonable. I would definitely use them in the future.

Description of Work: Terrible customer service, responsiveness, and lack of profesionalism as well as possible over paying for the job!!Company did not show up or call on scheduled date- we called and was told they were delayed and would be coming following day. Plumber required a tool and left to pick it up. As we were waiting for his return, he called to inform us that he was called to an emergency and would return to our job asap. Returned with part. Replaced one shower faucet handle that did not match others-did not recommend that the other two faucet handles be changed to match. Installed a kitchen faucet that had soap dispenser option- brought and installed a soap dispenser that did not have the same matt finish as the faucet. |Bill appeared to not credit pre-paid a Angie's list discount. Called office to discuss, dispatcher argued with me- asked to speak to owner- told he will call back when he gets to it. Still waiting after 12 days. So disappointed and angry. and still waiting

Description of Work: Paid $49 they did not do anything because water heater in bad shape. But $49 not returned? Feel I was ripped off.

Description of Work: Removed old Kitchen Faucet and replaced with new. It went very well. The young man was very knowledgeable, and went right to work. The installation was correct, and I have had no problems. I would gladly use Advanced Professional Plumbing, Heating and Cooling again.

Description of Work: Replaced bathroom stopper assembly and cleaned up afterwards ( which is a nice touch). Tightened bathroom faucet handles. Tightened kitchen sink faucet. Assessed sump pump assembly for repair/replacement - provided verbal estimate. Assessed exterior spigot for repair/replacement - provided estimate.

Description of Work: I used them due to and Angie's List special for on ehour of plumbing services. Wanted them to change out a faucet in my bathroom. I've had it done before and it was a simple job but they went over on the time so I had to pay the extra and he wasnt able to install the drain stopper. Byt hen I jsut wanted them done so I had to leave it and will have to get my regular plumber to finish it. Not that impressed to be honest.

Description of Work: Service call for non-functioning air conditioner. They were super nice and very helpful in explaining what was wrong & needed to be done. Service was done very promptly. I would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal to inspect my A/C unit (2 units). Vendor rescheduled twice: Once due to weather and again due to scheduling conflict, but they communicated well and ahead of time, so it was not an inconvenience at all. Service was great. They ensured the systems ran well, recommended a few things be done and provided their contact information for following up.
