Description of Work: They replaced our hot water heater with a RHEEM hot water heater. This was, of course, a different sized heater than the one they removed, so they had to refit pipes and things. They brought the right tools to do the job, without having to leave to get more. They were punctual and polite. They cleaned up after themselves and mopped where they tracked. They would not allow me to help clean up. I will use them the next time I need plumbing done.

Description of Work: AC stopped working. I let the technician know that it was a capacitor issue. He confirmed the same and the coupon was used to pay for it. Capacitor replacement cost was about $250 + tax!! Priced out and did it myself.

As contractor, we have to charge for parts, travel and truck fees, technician salary, and make some profit. We always provide competitive rates and excellent services. Description of Work: I bought the air conditioner tune up but it turned out that the compressor on my unit was malfunctioning. It took two visits to determine the problem because the first person to show up wasn't that knowledgable. It ended up that I needed to replace the entire unit. Ray was finally brought in and he is very knowledgeable. He worked constantly until all issues were ironed out and the unit was functioning well. His work and "stick to it" attitude made up for the four weeks it took to get everything working.
