These guts are my go to guys for all HVAC repairs. Rebuilt one of my heaters in an impossible crawl space. Great service & reasonable.

Advanced Professionals did a wonderful job, again! I hired them in December 2015 for an emergency when the baseboard pipe split in my kitchen. Water was running from my kitchen floor and down into the basement. They came immediately and fixed. This time (November 2018), I was concerned that my heating system was having problems. MO came on time and inspected all of my baseboards, radiators, and the boiler. Everything fine except for needing to reduce the PSI from 60 to its correct level of 20. MO was extremely professional, very pleasant and gracious, and answered other inquiries I had about how I may think about updating my heating system in the future. I was very appreciative of his knowledge. For the amount of time he spent and the work (inspection and correction of the issue), I think the price was fair. I am considering retaining Advanced Professionals as my ongoing plumbing and heating service provider. To-date they have met or exceeded all of my expectations.

James and Subie were able to get everything unclogged when it seemed like it could be a much worse scenario. Very thankful for their efforts and suggestions to potentially avoid similar clog situations in the future.

We have recently purchased a new home which, but we having difficulty with the thermostats. On the first visit the technicians were able to determine the cause of the problem and we opted to replace with a smart thermostat. We were pleased that we had the opportunity to supply the new one at less cost than it would have been to purchase through the provider. This second service call was to rewire and intall the new on. Technician Moe Ali arrived on time was knowledgable and personable. Service was performed to our satisfaction. No problems

It was a rough start. The consultant kept being put off and I almost gave up on them. Sam is the reason I didn’t. He explained thing clear and professionally. You can tell me knows what he’s doing and it gave me the confidence that things were going to be done right. His crew did most of the job but he was constantly in the background via phone or coming in to check that things were done to his standard. I have tiny visual issue like no corner covers and one of the rooms pipes isn’t aligned visually nice to cover. I’d hire them again.

My expiernce with Advanced Professional was great! Was without heat for about a week and other companies charge so a bit too much and Advanced was able to work with me! Got my heat working for a good price. I would recommend anyone to hire Advanced for any trouble.

Over the past year we've had Mo from Advanced come over a handful of times for various services on our HVAC systems and every time he's been on time, identified the issue and resolved it shortly thereafter. We're repeat customers and have no hesitation contacting them when something goes awry.

The technicians performed routine maintenance and repair of two boilers their company installed two years ago. They did a thorough job of flushing the water heating lines, testing the system, and re-installing a low-water shut off valve that had failed last year. I have used this plumbing company for years and will continue to do so, highly recommended to people in the Northeast New Jersey area.

Like my other negative reviews, I hate writing them because I know that it will impact their business. However, in this case, I feel compelled to write something because I feel like they are going to cheat a lot of other people and it needs to stop. I needed a sump pump replaced. I called them because they were close by and they didn’t appear to have any negative reviews. (I was wrong about this as they have made multiple Yelp entries which hides their negative reviews.) When their workers got there, they first quoted me an outrageous price for the replacement of the sump pump. They quoted me $1,450 to replace a sump pump. My first thought was are they stupid? They know that I’m a property manager so I know what the approximate costs of repairs are. I already knew that the average cost to replace a pump should be about $400. So, I asked the worker to call back his boss to get another price because the price was excessive. He comes back at $750. This too was excessive so I turned him down and he left. What puzzled me at the time was that he didn’t ask to get paid for the service call. Well, what I didn’t know is that while he was diagnosing the sump pump, he had broken the black pipe that was connected to the sump pump. He hadn’t said a word and just left. Now I realized why he didn’t ask for the service fee. He caused more damage than the service call and didn’t want to fix it. This is just dishonest and unprofessional. Three weeks later, the dispatch woman who didn’t know the story of what happened called to get paid the service call that seemed outstanding. I politely explained to her what happened. (I was truly polite.) Her boss comes on the phone line and immediately starts yelling and screaming at me that I was lying and making things up. (Not sure how he miraculously knew I was lying while his employee was telling the truth when he hadn’t even talked to his employee yet. His response was that his employees never lie so he knew my story wasn’t true. Yeah, right.) The only problem with his version of the story was that there was a security guard there that saw the worker actually break the pipe. Second, I had to pay another plumber to go in there and repair a pipe that miraculously broke. Finally, there is the indisputable fact that they never asked for the service call fee at the time of service. What possible explanation would there be for this? This one fact shatters their entire story while my story neatly explains why the worker never asked for one and why he quickly and quietly left. When you call a plumber, you want a plumber who’s going to quote you a fair price for repairs. As a layperson, you don’t know how things cost so you’re relying on his honesty. Second, you’re also relying on his integrity that he’s not going to break things further and later increase his price, instead of owning up to it. This is not such a plumbing company. This plumbing company is all bad news. So, if you want a contractor’s whose first impulse is to high-ball you a quote that is 3-4 times the normal price, then go ahead and call this dishonest contractor. *By the way, disregard the other positive reviews. They either are fakes or have been bamboozled. I've already decided to take this owner to court. If the owner writes a response that in any way disputes the facts of my story, I will also sue him for libel.

This company is SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I placed a call on Monday 8/6/2018 & they made an appointment for me for Thursday 8/10/2018 from 11am to 1pm. It was 2:30 & no one came or called. I called the company & told me "they're around the area, they will be there shortly". I asked her if she has my number & would she call me once they're on their way, and she said "YES". No call, no show. Not good business. Needless to say, I won't EVER use them again.

He did a good job, even correcting the previous work done by another technician on a previous day.

The technician was courteous and thorough and identified the problem clearly.

When I purchased my first house in 2016, I had great experiences with Advance Plumbers. They used to be knowledgeable, capable, and reasonable. I am sorry to say that has changed. I recently replaced my stove, and when encountering a fitting problem with the gas line call the company I had such great experience with [advance plumbers]. When they came out [over an hour late without any communitcaion], I was extorted with a price rise from $130.00 to $350.00. The plumbers were confused and didn't understand the gas shutoff. The next day when I went to take a shower to my surprise the water was ice cold. I was amazed that the professionals didn't know they had to relight the pilots for the water heater, furnace, and fireplace after they turned off the gas to the house. When we asked for a receipt, we where told it would be emailed. At the time of this posting, we have not received our receipt. In summary, only use advance plumbers if you want to be extorted and take cold showers. So sad they were such a great company before.

Terrible. When making an appointment, I was quoted a service call of $125 from which the cost of the repair would be applied. The technicians arrived, took a look at the toilet, told my wife we needed a new toilet fill valve and toilet flapper. I asked the technicians what the price was, and they told me $375! I told them to forget it. That's the most outrageous price for replacing items with combined retail part prices of $30 tops and which would take literally 15 minutes to replace. Because I've been busy with work lately, I called plumbers in to perform a repair I could otherwise easily perform myself. Because of the outrageous price quote of $375 upon arrival, I decided to look at the problem and fix it myself. After I pulled the flapper to get the exact part number from it, I noticed that the only thing that was causing the water in the toilet to run was that the small fill valve hose was disconnected from the valve unit. I reconnected the hose and everything works perfectly now. No need for any repairs whatsoever. As a worse case scenario, I will, as a precaution, order a replacement flapper, in case it eventually starts to leak, as such parts are about $10, and take no effort or skill to install. SO not only did the technicians want to charge me $375 for a minor repair, the repair itself wasn't even necessary! I would have gladly paid $125 for the service call if the technicians came and saw the real cause of the problem and simply reconnected the hose, as I realize that service calls take time and labor even if the repair is minimal or non-existent. After I told the technicians to leave, the company office manager phoned back and said that the price was "wrong," that it should have been $225. Even at that price, this was a complete ripoff attempt at taking advantage of busy working people. Although I lost a key part of my work day because of this fiasco, I learned that in the future, it's worth losing work time in order to diagnose and perform minor plumbing repairs, particularly when there are dishonest and/or incompetent plumbing companies out there like Advanced Professional Plumbing. Beware of this company!

After our external AC units died - I called Advanced to come over and troubleshoot. They were able to arrive within a couple of days. When the technician arrived (Kevin) he spent 30 minutes troubleshooting the unit. He then told us the unit needs to be replaced and he told us he can have an identical replacement unit the next day. We agreed and paid an advance of 50%. Tomorrow Kevin arrived again and took the whole day to install the new unit. I then found it was a different brand (Fredrick in place of Rheem). It was too late to back out, so I hoped for the best. Two days later the unit stopped working and Kevin was back. After troubleshooting he said it was a gas problem and refilled the unit. A few weeks later the unit again stopped cooling. This time Sam arrived which seemed much more proficient than Kevin. He found a hole next to the service connector and fixed it. Throughout - Advanced was very responsive and were very happy to come back and repair the issues .I think the initial installation was faulty and I had to spend multiple days to deal with this. I would expect more professionalism from all technicians.

Outstanding service, start to finish. Professional, courteous, constant communication. Isha from the home office was in constant contact - phone, two email confirmations, and texts. She called to ask if the service could start a bit earlier, which was fine with me. Alex arrived promptly, put on shoe booties before entering the house (not necessary here but a nice touch). Alex was outstanding. Young fellow with many years experience, and it showed. He explained each part of the task as he went through it, and answered my many questions related to other potential work I brought up. Getting the anodes out of the water heaters - first time replaced - was a bear. He explained he had to get another socket wrench to loosen the anodes - the ones he had did not fit properly. No charge for that time, which though I expected, has not always been the case in my past experiences. Anodes were locked in tight, and took a while to loosen. Doing one water heater at a time, they finally came out, encased in calcium deposit. He then screwed in the replacement anodes and locked them in. Alex completed all the work, put everything back together including the fans on top of the units, tested, and re-tested. Continuing to explain each step. He took pictures of the work for the invoice, ran me through the details again. Everything done on his tablet computer; I received an immediate email receipt. Excellent work with knowledge behind it. I have an external faucet which needs repair, and may be looking for a whole-house water softener. When time comes to replace the water heaters, Advanced Pro will be at top of my list.

It was very good. I was very pleased. Alex the service technician listened to what I'm saying, easy to talk to, he knows exactly what he is doing. He is very knowledgeable. Professional and he represents his company very well.

The technician that came to my house was named Muhammad and he was amazing. He finished all the work in a week and answered all the questions i had for him.

After our steam boiler went out the day before a Nor'Easter, we called a handful of plumbing/HVAC shops to find someone who could replace it quickly. Advanced Professional was the only firm who immediately committed to pulling out all the stops to get us up and running the next day. With the storm bearing down, Mikey drove all the way to South Jersey at 5am to pick up a specific brand of boiler, then after working all day, Sam and the crew had our heat turned back on that night, and they left the space cleaner than when they got there. They suggested a design change to run the baseboard heaters in the newer part of the house and came back separately to install the new hot water loop. Emma back at the office was super helpful and responsive to all our questions throughout.

The removal process of the existing unit was very clean, thorough and professional. Material supplied was of excellent quality as was the installation and completion of job. They were very courteous and knowledgeable about the task at hand. They also came in with the fairest price out of every company that I received estimates from, for the same material used to complete the job. They also back up there work with a great warranty and service program this company gets a A+ from me and if for any reason I ever needed any future plumbing or HVAC work they will be the company I will turn to without I second thought .

They stood me up...twice I scheduled an appointment for them to check my bathroom to get a quote for the job. It was first scheduled between 10 and 12...never showed up, I then called for few hours after the specified window and ended up rescheduling it on a different day. Again, they were supposed to show between 10 and 12, didnt showed up again. Called again and they rescheduled me later that time that day (4:30 -6:30). I got a call around 5:30 and I was told they cant make it. Whole day was wasted... Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
