Description of Work: Had to replace some of my outside sewer line and inside pipe. The only reason I've rated a "C" on responsiveness, is that I am still waiting for my receipt showing final amount paid. Have contacted company to no avail. Will be contacting them again.

Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Waited around for hours the day of the estimate (window given was 1-3 pm) No one showed up or called. I called the next day and they said "I'll check with the technician. Do you want to reschedule?" Seems to be pretty poorly run if you cant even make your 1st confirmed appointment.

Description of Work: Basement heating zone was not working . They came at specified time , and immediately saw a valve was not on . The person who updated my kitchen must have shut it off when they ran a water line for the refrigerator. He turned the valve on , tested the system, and didn't charge me . A truly class act . I will continue to use them for life !

Description of Work: Adam (plumber) and Matt (in the office) are excellent. They always answer the phone, respond to email and return calls in a timely manner. Adam is a meticulous worker and it shows. Even the town plumbing inspector seemed impressed by his attention to detail and knowledge of local building code. We had a few repairs completed over the span of a few weeks and Adam worked around our schedule; always arriving promptly. Our initial appointment was on a Sunday and Adam was able to quickly assess the situation and make the repair on that Monday, when the hot water heater was available. We would definitely use them again and will recommend them to our friends.

Description of Work: Our service tech changed a tub diverter in the bathroom, changed the shower head in the bathroom & help convert a propane grill to a natural gas grill. Smooth workflow. He called us to let us know he was on his way. The company equips their servicemen with a professional truck with loads of equipment = able to remedy issues on the spot. Thank you.

Description of Work: The Technician came from Advanced Professional Plumbing Heating and Cooling to perform a diagnostic test on my Furnace. All he did was look at the exterior and told me I needed a new Furnace/AC System. He then told me that the odor I smelled was carbon monoxide. That was false. He told me to expect an estimate for a new system and that I would receive it the next day. I never received an estimate and never heard from them again.Very Unprofessional.
