The toilet is no longer running.
Description of Work: I had a running toilet. Advanced Plumbing came and input a new part in my toilet. They charged over $250.00. I was shocked. Last year, they installed a new toilet and only charged $200.00 which included removal.

Very unprofessional and rude.
Description of Work: Was completely frazzled when trying to schedule first appointment - then didn't show up to first appointment. I rescheduled and then they didn't show up again. This time they claimed the problem was that I did not answer when they called me a half hour before the appt, but they failed to confirm the correct phone number for the rescheduled appt. They were not apologetic at all and claimed it was my fault. Worst service ever.

We never claimed that is unfortunate event was your fault, but as company policy, we do not dispatch any technicians to any location unless we confirm that someone will be at that location. According to the information in your account, there was only one contact number, as to which was never answered upon calling to send a technician. When you called in to find out the status of your appointment, we stated that a technician can be sent out within the next hour, which you denied. Again, we do apologize for this very unfortunate experience with us, but that is not how we run our company. If there is anything we can do to make this right, please give us a call. Best Regards

You purchased a $49 cooling service call which means a technician goes to your home to figure out the issue you are having with your a/c system. Besides the normal diagnostic run to a/c system. Our tech went beyond and clean your coil, washed your outside condenser as well as preformed a pressure test, In which all of these items cost additional. After all this he discovered that your system was low on free on and needed about 2 lbs. In which he provided you with pricing. You informed him the price for R22 free on was too expensive and that you had better prices. In which if you would added the free on he would ran a leak to make sure there were no other issues. Providing us with a negative review is unfair, our tech did extra for you because of your previous relationship. Anyhow, We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. We are highly trained professionals and are trusted by many customers around the NJ area.

Description of Work: Diagnosed that the unit had a leak. Replaced capacitator, but charges were different that expected and asked for an explanation. Decided to call another local company to fix the leak and charge the system since this company did not deal with manufacturer warranties. The problem is that distributors also do not want to honor warranties and have various excuses why the part is not covered even though the manufacturers say it is.
