They were great.

I was unable to use the big deal due to the company telling me I was out of the service area. Even though I called and told them where I was which should have been within the required areas. They still would not come out for service. They lied in their response about not knowing the location before they asked what I waned done and I have the email to prove it. I can't say I appreciate being told how I SHOULD feel about what they do for their customers when all they did for me was give me a hard time and tell me how they would not come 20 minutes further for $49 because I was too far away. They said they knew I wouldn't call them in case of emergency because they were too far away so they did not see the point. Nice. If you like to argue, call them.

He came totaly unprepared, brought the wrong part, eventhough he told me on the phone that he would bring several different ones to see which one fits best. He did not even offer the option of going to the store to buy the right replacement part and fix the toilet. He did not fix anything and left. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I request my money back for this deal ($49) as well as refund for my membership on Angie's list. I will never use Angie's list again

I USED THIS COMPANY BECAUSE I BOUGHT A COUPON FOR THIER SERVICE. THE COUPON WAS $50.00 AND VALUED FOR $150.00 OF SERVICE. WHEN I CALLED TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT I WAS IMMEDIATELY TOLD THAT FOR THIS COUPON I WAS ONLY GUARANTEED LABOR WHICH ONLY INCLUDED REMOVING THE TRAP IN THE SINK, SNAKING THE DRAIN WOULD BE EXTRA. I THOUGHT THIS WAS REDICULOUS BUT AGREED ANY WAY BECAUSE I HAD ALREADY BOUGHT THE COUPON. WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY REMOVED THE TRAP AND REALIZED THEY HAD TO SNAKE THE DRAIN WHICH WOULD BE $65.00. BEFORE THEY STARTED WORK I ASKED ABOUT THE SAVINGS WITH THE COUPON, THEY TRIED TO EXPLAIN THEIR PRICING SYSTEM TO ME AND EVEN LAUGHED A LITTLE WHEN THEY REALIZED THAT I WOULD ONLY SAVE $10 ON THEIR SERVICE WITH THE COUPON ($5 AFTER TAX). THEY UNCLOGGED MY SINK AND WERE GONE PRETTY QUICKLY, BUT THEY MADE OBVIOUS THAT GETTING MONEY WAS THIER PRIORITY. BOTTOM LINE, DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS COUPONS.

Excellent. Mark showed up earlier than anticipated (which was fine and worked out better for us). Completed job above and beyond what we expected because there was previous damage from a different plumber that we did not know about. Toilet is working fine. Excellent price, excellent service, we will definitely use Mark again!!!

Was very prompt and courteous. worked efficiently and cleaned up when finished. Cost was low in comparison to others who quoted for the same work. Definitely will use them again when necessary.

Very professional. They were courteous and got to work immediately. They fixed the problem in about 45 minutes. Cleaned up after themselves. My husband tried to fix the problem with airplane glue, so they first had to remove the glue.Did not leave until the knew that the toilet did not leak any more. I would use Tiger Plumbing again if the need arises.

They were great. They were on time, diagnosed my problem within minutes, and fixed it all within 20 min. They were very friendly and explained things clearly.

Mark and his assistant gave me a time slot between 4 and 5 pm the same day I called needing help with a leak in my building. They were more than punctual and very nice. They found the problem quickly and fixed it even quicker. I am very please to have found a reliable plumber in my area. His fee was reasonable and quality of work was excellent. I will certainly call them again with any plumbing needs in the future.

He had a fair price. He asked lots of questions. He was trustworthy. He is very knowledgable. His clean up was good too. I would use him again and again.

Well, it wasn't just cut the pipe on either side of the leak and replace with a new elbow type of job I imagined. The pipe wasn't copper so the whole thing had to be removed, which involved ripping up my 100 year old powder room floor, which in turn meant a total rehab of the guest bathroom. I know it needs doing but $49.00 worth of plumber wasn't in the cards. Nice enough they checked out two other dripping faucets, one was another nightmare job and the last was a perfect job. It was an old blue stone sink faucet that was make in 1890's and had finally developed a leak. It took some hard work to fix as it was the original faucet but they did it it perfectly and I am so pleased. In fact I am currently waiting for them to fax me over an estimate to relace my 100+ year old furnace and close up my 1000 gallon oil tank. These guys are amazing and you're crazy if you think you can do better than them.I'll let you all know how the next job goes!

The plumber was very professional and experienced. Took a few minutes to diagnose the issue and fix them. I would hire them again.

Initially, I called because I had a problem with water leaking from under my sink in the powder room. Mark came out. Since he was at my house, I asked him if he could also take a look at this broken valve that controls the water going into my sprinkler system. He was very flexible. He explained to me what he was going to do, and gave me a flat price.

Mark arrived when he said he would, quickly diagnosed both problems, and began the repairs. It turns out the various innards of both the toilet tank and sink were old and no longer effective. Mark repaired the toilet, expalined to me what he was doing and why. He also installed a new toilet handle, bringing the equipment into the 21st century. He then had me flush the toilet a few times. He then repaired the kitchen sink leak, and tested his work by having me run a quick cycle in my dishwasher as well as running the water faucet in the sink. He and his partner were very careful to clean up the work area. As he was finishing in the kitchen, he asked if I had heard any more hissing from the toilet. Happily, I did not. His parting words to me were to call him if I discovered any leaks in the kitchen or hissing from the toilet after he left.

Mark was great he came on time. He also gave me some tips about my heating system. Thanks mark for the great and professional service.

The removal process of the existing unit was very clean, thorough and professional. Material supplied was of excellent quality as was the installation and completion of job. They were very courteous and knowledgeable about the task at hand. They also came in with the fairest price out of every company that I received estimates from, for the same material used to complete the job. They also back up there work with a great warranty and service program this company gets a A+ from me and if for any reason I ever needed any future plumbing or HVAC work they will be the company I will turn to without I second thought .
