Overall went very smooth. The toilet repair on the spot was very helpful. It. is functioning very well to this day since repair. Received verbal quote as to cost of water heater tank replacement. Received advice on tankless water heater system also.

I paid for the $49 advertisement on Angie's list to use Tiger the Master Plumbing for an hour of their time. They emailed me right away to set up an appointment. I called to set up an appointment and they were here the next day, which was great. They brought two men instead of one which was great. they arrived on time and were very professional. I showed them the toilet leaking first and they said they would try to fix it by replacing the screws in the tank (hoping it was not a crack in the tank) which they did and now no more leak. Then to the shower. I was not sure whether this was a liner issue, a tile issue or a plumbing issue causing my leak into the basement ceiling. They were able to determine that it was a grouting issue pretty quickly and I was happy I did not have to retile the whole shower. Next to the bathtub which they snaked and I have had no problems since. I was not expecting to have to pay beyond the $49 but snaking was not included so that was an extra $75 and then an extra $50 for the parts for the toilet. After I thought about it though, they were hear for an hour and half, did everything I needed them to do and if I had called someone else out, it would have been probably $200 just to snake the bathtub. So overall it was a very good deal. I would definately use them again.

Tiger the Master Plumbing, Heating and Cooling called ahead of time to advise that the job that they were currently on was taking longer than expected and that they would contact me when they were on their way - which they did. They arrived at the time they said they would and were ready to go to work. I appreciated their enthusiasm to do the work because it was a difficult job due to the fact that they were working in a dirt crawl space. They advised me of everything that they were doing including asking me for my opinion on areas that needed troubleshooting. My dryer had to be moved so that they had room to work on the washer pipes and when they reconnected the dryer vent, they tested it to make sure it was working properly. It wasn't and it turned out that the vent was clogged. They cleaned it the best they could but advised that in the near future I would need to replace that as well. That took about another 15-20 minutes of work that they were not scheduled to do. I believe they went over and above what the job entailed. They could have just reconnected the dryer and left, but their level of professionalism did not allow them to do that. They wanted to be sure that everything was running safely before they left. I was very impressed with their work ethic and their kindness to me. Before they left, I had discussed with them coming back at a later time to replace the dryer vent, which they were willing to do. I just have to give them a call to schedule an appointment. I highly recommend this company as they are reliable and have a high level of professionalism that is hard to find in contractors these days.

Steve came out as scheduled. Called before he came. Serviced and inspected the system. I asked him about the specifics about maintaining the system and he paitently gave detailed instructions. Nice guy, I had faith in him.

Before the deal we called provider describing the problem and explained that we live in a building and need licensed and insured plumber. They confirmed that this is not a problem. We bought a deal, called them for estimate. On sunday contractors came, looked at the problem and told us that we have to pay cash for labor and parts and refund the deal.

The plumber arrived a few minutes early. He also brought an assistant. He evaluated the jobs I want fixed, gave an estimated time the jobs would take to complete and gave me a rate per hour because the jobs would take a little longer than the time I purchased. The jobs went about 40 minutes over the contracted deal so he charged me a reduced rated which I was OK with. They cleaned up and we discussed some of the types services his company provided. I have since scheduled a estimate for a bathroom remodel due mainly because I was impressed with the job. I would hire them again.

Horrible. First, plumber did not look very experienced (20 years old at best), was very unfriendly and aggressive. Second, he looked scared by the job. He said he did not have all the parts needed but it looks to me like he did not know where to start. I got a $99 deal but this was a scam, they might be ok to unplug toilets but that's all. I just hope i can get my money back from Angie's list.

Were unable to replace leaking valves as they stripped the locknut holding the valve.

The service turned out great considering how surprisingly expensive the part were. I spent an additional $95 to the $49 I spent for the big deal. He was very attentive as to if I asked something that needed looking at. He really checked them and made sure that the work was done accurately. I find the price to be a bit pricey. I had called once and he said that he would call me back, but I never heard back from him. I had to call him back a week later to schedule something.

Excellent service. Was on time and on point. The manager also got on the phone to make sure that the job was satisfactory.

I didn't have the service done yet. He just did the inspection. I bought the deal for $49 and they charged me an additional $150 and it only took an hour to complete the service. He came here and didn't do what he said he would do. He said all he had to do was root. I like them except for the fact that they charged me $199.

It went pretty well. The man who came out was on time. He looked at it and he was knowledgeable. He found the problem but he did not fix it because he is not doing that type of work.

I purchased an Angie's list special deal, and was happy with the service that was provided. Mark was very flexible with dates and scheduled the appointment promptly. I will definitely use this company again.

I bought the "Big Deal" for the $49 service call plus 1 hour of labor. I received a message from them the next day, and I called to set up an appointment which we made for 8-9am 2 days later. They called that morning at about 8:30 and said they would be arriving shortly, which they did about 15 minutes later. 2 men showed up and promptly got to work on my bathtub drain using a "snake". It took them a bit to get it unclogged, but they were able to do it. It turns out I had grout stuck in there from a careless contractor who re-tiled my shower. The grout hardened and nothing would work to get it out until Tiger came out. Both men were very clean, even put those little booties over there shoes, and used Windex to clean up after themselves. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

He showed up in response to our purchase of the Big Deal. We wanted him to fix some running toilets and faucet issues in the kitchen and main bath. He spent a lot of time explaining versus fixing, but we did get two toilets addressed. Separately, he committed to provide an estimate for three jobs which he could not do onsite, including fixing the plumbing in a bathroom that has not been operable for some time. He committed to call us back and send an estimate as we were anxious to get the projects done in anticipation of some events and guests coming for an extended stay. We never heard back after the Saturday visit. No call, no email, no follow-ups, no estimates.

The guy they sent seemed very preoccupied and spent more time on his cell phone texting and talking than on site working. He seemed to have very limited supplies on his truck including things I would consider pretty basic, so to get additional work done would require another appointment and another trip. update: After I made my review, I received an email from the company sounding genuinely apologetic. Bad days happen and based on their outreach I would consider giving them another try. I like companies not necessarily based on getting it right first time but how do they react when there is a problem, because problems do arise.

I purchased a deal on Angie's List. Called them on a Friday and they were able to come that Sunday between 10am - 11am. They called me at 10:40am to let me know they would be here in a half hour. Which I was totally fine with. They came and looked at the boiler and told us what was wrong with it. We are renovating the house next year so we just needed it to work for the rest of the winter. So they gave us an option that wasn't a long term solution but that would be enough to get us through the winter, which is exactly what we wanted. They also educated us about our boiler and gave us some advice for installing a new heating and cooling system next year. When we do our big renovation, we will definitely consider using Tiger to install our new heating and cooling system.

We called several plumbers and A-Tiger was the only one that answered right away and got to talk directly to Mark vs. an operator. He called us within 20 minutes to confirm appointment and we had someone in our house within an hour of our first call. The crew was very professional and courteous. They were able to fix our issue and they cleaned up everything afterwards where it had gotten wet. We were very satisfied with the promptness of their service (we couldn't use showers/toilet with the backup) and the fact they fixed it and were courteous. We've used Roto Rooter in the past before and we felt that A-Tiger provided a quick service at a much better price. We will be definitely calling them again.

A little bit late but it is ok. The overall communication is good. finished the work. quickly and clean up after the work.

Unlike most plumbers, they called the morning of the appointment to confirm. They called again a few minutes before arriving. They were on time. The 2 guys worked VERY hard to unclog my drain... good job. My only complaint was that while cleaning my furnace, they broke a small part... They went to a local supply store and replace the piece. That's fine, but I didn't think I should have been charged for it. They added another $65 to the $140 deal - Thus $200

UPDATE: in reply to the provider response. This was absolutely NOT related to the main line and the problem was fairly quickly resolved using a different company. Further - the agreement we had over the phone was that you would come to another property to give an estimate on work - this was agreed upon when we spoke on the phone. Completely unrelated to the work at the first house and not a part of the voucher I purchased at Angieslist. Wanted $285 to do the job instead of the $75 advertised. Further had an appt with the same plumber to come to another property right after this job. Last minute plumber claimed he could not make it as he had to beat the traffic going elsewhere. This was very urgent for us as we needed an estimate for a house we are purchasing. My wife was waiting and our real estate broker had made arrangements to meet us at the property to let us in. I am not one to complain but this was a bad experience.. nice enough people but very unprofessional - would not recommend.
