I had mad an appoint with another plumber for two weeks when i could take a day off. I saw the other plumber and instead of fixing my furnace he just said it wasn't worth fixing and he gave me a price for a new furnace. He said there were too many things wrong with it. Said the price of an new furnace would be 7,000. dollars. I called Advanced at 11:00 AM and they said someone could come over between 1-3. He came over at 1:30 and left at 3PM and he answered all my questions, but did tell me soon i would need a new furnace. Very happy with the price and now have heat in the porch. Will hire him again.

Mark and Adam showed up on time. Any other plumbers said I need to change those 2 10 year old boilers. Mark and Adam fixed them and the boilers are working perfect. They are professional and considered. I highly recommend them and will put future works on their hands.

It worked out very well. We really did not need any specific work done. Everything is in really good shape. The gentleman that came out was very helpful and informative. He let me know what may need to be done down the road.

As mentioned we purchased $99 for $200 worth service Angie's List Big deal for this provider. The deal said it would cover many different types of plumbing services, including checking slow drains, leaks etc and that the provider's service area included where we live, which is Denville in Morris County in NJ. When we purchased the deal, we were very specific with the services we needed, which included - 1) Fix a leak in the faucet whirlpool 2) Replace 3 shower heads 3) Check slow draining toilet and sink . None of these were said to be excluded from what the deal described as being covered. From the very first contact with the provider, they said that Angie's List screwed up and that they did not typically provide service in our area. Instead suggesting we get a refund from Angie's List though, they said they would make an exception and come see the work needed. Once there they said they would not check slow draining sink or toilet and they did not work with whirpools. They only ended up replacing 3 shower heads - which any general contractor could have done in less that $100. And we thought we bought services worth $200! Next time, I'd be VERY CAREFUL purchasing a BIG DEAL from Angie's List for this provider. Seems like a rip off.

He performed the flush. He was very professional. He informed me what was going on.

I did get a report telling me it was fine. I guess I really did not understand what was to be done.

I called him when I got to my office and made an appointment for the same day. When I got home he was waiting outside my door , I was about 15-20 mins late but he was really nice and not upset I was late at all. It took him a total of an hour to fix it. He spent half that time checking over and over if everything was working smoothly, then rechecking again.. Turns out the last plumber I used installed the wrong fixtures and messed up my toilet. He fixed the toilet and told me if I ever have another problem it would be cheaper to replace the total toilet, he also mentioned other options and gave me price comparisons. By far the best plumbing experience I ever had. Quick, fixed, and fair pricing. I will use them again when I install a new toilet.

He came early and washed the heater. Everything was done quickly. He also advised us not to set up a high temperature of hot water.

Put a new seal on one toilet and replaced the flipper (?) in the tank of another toilet all in one-half hour. Got an estimate to replace furnace/AC and hot water heater and they beat all other estimates I've had so far.

The plumber was professional and knowledgeable. The plumbing difficulty was immediately identified by the plumber. He could have made the repair which would have temporarily resolved the issue. He was honest and informed me about the long term repair which was needed. I truly appreciated his honesty. His service will definitely be first on my list.

The plumbers arrived promptly and completed the work quickly and professionally. My house had lost power at the time but they were still willing to do the job. They are a very reputable company that stands behind their work. It is a 3 generation family owned business and the owners take genuine pride in their work, and committed to customer satisfaction. I will definitely use them again for my personal work as well as for my rental properties. Another plus is that they work in a pretty wide geographical area within New Jersey.

The technician was very pleasant and qualified. He did the job right the first time and he cleaned up after himself.

Well, a snake job, no big deal but done well

Overall good, although I ended up paying closer to $200 than the $49 I was hoping for.

This service provider wasn't interested in helping me with my need to get the garbage disposer replaced and instead tried to upsell and seek additional business. He finally agreed on date and time and never showed up nor called to cancel and has never called back. Offering a coupon appears to be justa trick to entice customers to get more business out of them. I will never recommend or use this provider. Good Luck!

It wasn’t so good. They did not fix my problem and on top of that they tracked mud all over my house. In addition to the mud, they left grease splattered all over the bathroom and just left without cleaning it up. They didn’t wear booties. They didn’t rectify the problem and they told us they were never coming back again on top of charging us for the poor service. They were supposed to give me my money back, but they haven’t yet. They still owe me $100. I’m still waiting for my money. I asked them if they could just come back and fix the issue and they said no.

This one is quite a story. First Technician comes out on Friday. Great guy. Makes some suggestions to the effect that we had some major problems that he could fix for us. We scheduled followups over the next three weeks. First followup session time comes and goes and no one shows up or calls. I called them. First technician was fired over the weekend. Second technician is on his way. He shows up an hour late, stays for an hour in total, forgets to check a couple of things that were supposed to be checked and tells me that the bill is $1,195. Original price was $49. Total amount of time spent -- 1 hour. Still not entirely sure what they actually did.

It was okay. The technician was very courteous and professional. It turned out that there was nothing wrong with the system. Everything was working fine.

Response was immediate, repair was done quickly and professionally, cleaned up when job was finished.

It went great, we would definitely use this company in the future.

They were excellent and the service was very good. They came on time and when they said. They also fit me into their schedule.

I had some plumbing done by a previous owner that just wasn't up to snuff. Advanced came in and did the job right. Will absolutely use again.

Service was fast, courteous and reasonably priced. Also provided on the spot estimate for additional work at a reasonable price.

Gene and his colleague assessed our requests, located the needed plumbing supplies from a local plumbing wholesaler and quickly performed the required repairs. In addition, since the front section of our house dates from the 1920s (or earlier), he provided some welcome advice on repairing/replacing an upstairs ageing sink's pedestal base, while still preserving the original sink's character. The service was professional and courteous.
