The company called to let me know they were on their way, which I appreciated. Steve, the plumber, lit the pilot in the fireplace which I wasn't able to do for some reason. The fireplace now works. He then ventured to the shower and determined that the leak was caused by cross threading due to my DIY skills. To fix the pipe, it would cost $550+ which seemed high to me. I decided not to address the leak at this point. I showed Steve where the trap was where I attempted to auger the muck. He then augered and cleaned out the drain. My only complaint is that I had to clean up a bit afterwards...but I find that I had to do that with most trades people, unfortunately. All in all, the things that I needed fixed were fixed and I can now do the dishes that remain from Christmas dinner three days later! I will definitely call them for my future plumbing needs.

He stopped the leaking toilets. Angie's List special was great.

The contractor came to the house and evaluated the situation. They advised that the coupon was not good for services needed. We agreed to have them do the work regardless. Our only complaint was that they did not arrive when expected. The expected arrival time was changed a couple of time throughout the day.

Was available to answer call. Set up an appointment promptly working around my schedule - which happened to be Christmas eve. Let me know early within the time window provided when he would arrive. Was very friendly and professional. Provided easily understood explanation of the problem and an estimate. Completed repairs quickly. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We couldn't get a straight answer about the price and the work it would include. They lied about the cost and kept changing the final cost and we don't do want to do business with them.

We tried many times to contact the plumber to have services done at our home. He responded to our email one time and he asked us to call him (which we did, numerous times) and we still couldn't get him to give us an appointment. We began trying to reach him on 9/3 and its now 12/18.

Was contacted right away after purchase was made. Availability was very good and worked around my schedule. Called to say was running a little late (supposed to be here by 12 and said it wouldn't be until 1). Actually showed up at around 2 but was very apologetic. Unmarked white van but offered ID was asked. First evaluated toilet and said would likely need to be replaced but changed flapper valve anyway. Replaced to bathroom faucets in a timely fashion. Was very pleasant to have around. Worked over 2 1/2 hours (at a reported $125/hr) but felt bad about being late so rounded down for the added amount. Said to call and he'd come right back if any problems or leak. Also offered helpful information and opinions about other services and products.

Everything went well. But the estimate was too high.

I called that morning. Someone was there that afternoon (and actually called to say they would be late). That night, we had a new water heater!

Mark came out and repaired my leaky sink. He was professional, early and informative. I plan on calling him again in the future. I had additional questions about future work if wanted done and he gave me a reasonable quote and all the additional info I needed.

They said they couldn't diagnose any problems but that the furnace blower would not keep running. After they left, we had no problem with that--nor had we before they were there...

I used Advanced. I wanted to have the faucet replaced in my bathtub. The person who came to my house said it would cost a minimum of $650. I was not able to have the work done at that time, so we agreed a refund would be best. Professional plumbing.

Selected service provider on Angie's list of recommended plumbing, heating & cooling contractor. I suggested the schedule service the afternoon of December 6, 2013. I called and left a message to Mark Wilson to call me back to confirm the service date. The provider failed to call back and a no show on December 6, 2013. I called Angie's customer service and was advised to fill up this form for refund and he'll send me another list of different providers.

In addition, to confirm there was no emergency, we checked the room below the bathroom to confirm there were no leaks from the ceiling. The service rep and I agreed that a new toilet was the most preferred solution ...currently in the process of purchasing a new toilet Estimated work to be done: old toilet removal/disposal, new toilet installation service

Upon arrival the gentlemen thoroughly analyzed the issues described, determined the source of the issue, and remedied it expeditiously without trying to up-sell me on additional services. While they did show up over an hour late, they were courteous enough to call well in advance of then to let me know they would be late due to a prior job running long. I appreciated the call, their honest assessment of our plumbing issues, their prompt remediation efforts, and would highly recommend them.

Plumber was punctual, however, he made me feel as if my questions were unwarranted. Furthermore, when presented with my options for fixing our leak he provided me with one (temporary) fix and one (permanent) fix and opted for the temporary fix, without discussion, because it was more economical.

We’re not very happy with it. We contacted the plumber several times. They took about $1,100 for about 3 hours of work. They didn’t put the right kind of fixture in the bathroom. The first day that they were here, there were 2 guys and explained to me the situation where the more you turn the hot water up, there was no hot water coming out of the part the regulates the cold and the hot. I explained to them exactly what the problem was. It’s pretty much a waste of time because what they worked on was not what the problem was. The second day, a different guy came and he had to open up the wall to get to the part that regulates the water which they should have done in the first place. It was a lot more money than it should have been. The fixtures didn’t match and everything in the bathroom is brushed nickel and we have chrome in our bathroom. They said they were gonna come and I placed several calls to them. They said when they were coming to replace it, they could call us back and we never heard back from them. They came out a week after I purchased the deal and they came 2 days after that to fix the rest of the pipes. They were very polite and nice. They told us they estimated 6 hours of work and t was just a maximum of 3 hours.

Steve, called prior to his arrival as I had requested and let me know he was on his way. He was punctual and got to work right away asking questions to determine exactly what I needed done. He checked the furnace and found the problem, which was the Limit Switch broken, Within minutes and gave me an good ball park estimate of what it would cost to fix. Steve then went and checked on the part and had the furnace working in 1 and a half hours. He answered all my questions and stayed an extra 30 minutes to make sure everything was running properly. He informed me of the company's yearly service plan. But there was no pressure to sign up. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me.
