I called to set up an appt to have a slow bathtub drain looked at. I told them it was not a rush and they said they would come same day between 7&8 pm. When they had not arrived by 8 I called and was told they were finishing up at the previous job and said they would be here soon. Since it was getting late I decided to reschedule since my job wasn't urgent. They came 3 days later and arrived on time. They snaked my tub drain and removed a big ball of hair. They were done very quickly and the drain worked great. It was done in about 15 minutes. They were very professional and neat. I thought the price was a little on the high side.

Don't let these guys near your steam boiler heating system!!! Because of their high reviews on Angie's List I thought that this was a reputable company. I contacted this company to service my steam boiler and replace the main valves. I was grossly overcharged for their "service" and their recommendations for repairs to my heating system were wrong and detrimental; they would have ultimately ruined my boiler. I was shocked when I received my first heating bill after their service; my heating bill had nearly doubled!! After researching on the net, I learned that the pressure on a steam boiler needs to be at the lowest value possible on the pressuretrol to have the system running efficiently; these guys set it to the highest value which resulted in my super high heating bill. They also put the incorrect size values on the main lines. Luckily, I have found another company that actually knows what they are doing and will get my heating system running at its best at a fair price. I totally feel like these guys robbed me. Stay away!!

I simply bought the incorrect deal. I do not have a furnace but I bought service to check my furnace. Provider came to my house promptly and informed me that i do not own a furnace and he wouldn't be able to provide me service.

Great company to work with and dedicated. For the first job which was to replace a main shut-off valve, the plumber waited all day (and night) until utility company shut-off water. He prepped the job so when the water from the main line was (finally) shut-off to our home he completed the job that evening. He could have gone to another job but he stayed. For the next job I used an Angie's List Big Deal. I was charged more than I thought but the two plumbers on site showed me a bad waste pipe for the toilet that would have went bad. These guys worked late at night until the work was done. I had just moved into our new home and not having that bathroom was an inconvenience. They made sure the job was done. Did a neat job and went out to get supplies even though I offered. They pointed out all the problems I should look out for which is good for a first time homeowner. Would definitely use them again but hope they give me a price break next time.

They were nice, but he came about an hour late...which is fine at the end of the day. I expect jobs to run overtime throughout the day. I purchased the plumbing service deal for $49, but ended up having to pay more because the sink needed to be "snaked" with a special machine. He also used all of my chemicals, which I could have poured down the sink myself. MAKE SURE you read the FINE PRINT before purchasing an Angie's List "Deal".

I thought the quote was too high and confirmed it with my plumber.

The provider came out and told me snaking the pipes would be necessary and this coupon was not valid for that service. Provider said a refund was due. Provider was courteous and prompt.

The plumber came to give me an estimate. I had a few things to get done, so I showed him the problems. I think his estimate was high and moreover he gave me a list of parts to buy as they only did labor. when I asked him his name he said "you can call me Sam". I feel uncomfortable not knowing someone's real name. sorry. my plumbing issue is not severe so I would rather find someone I feel more confident so that I can use them for any future work.

The toilet-tune up went fine. However, I ended up purchasing a part from them and had it installed but now I am having problems with it.

For this issue I was told that attempting to fix it could make the problem worse and it would be better to upgrade from the older 3 knob setup to the modern single knob type. The labor for all of this was around $800 or so plus the cost of the new toilet.||I decided to wait and consult my girlfriend's father who is also a plumber. He was able to come over and fix our shower leak for about $8 in parts and about an hour of his time and is getting us the parts to do the toilet which does not actually need to be replaced. Their estimate was total BS and either a result of lack of knowledge or blatant dishonesty. I won't be using them again.

The plumber was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He cleaned-up carefully in each work space, and he took great care to ensure that I had optimal water pressure on each level of my house. He also assured me that any follow-up or support would be readily available.

Arrived on time. Repaired the pipes and made recommendations to have preventative measures in place.

I called, they came, they analyzed the problem, they talked To me, they showed me what was wrong, they fixed the leak, thry tested their work. They were tidy, left no mess. They fixed the problem in less time then Had paid for and offered to fix any other problems. Happily I had none amd Sent them on their way PS i dont remember the exact price or date

Nobody ever responded. I provided 3 dates and times as requested. I never heard from these people. I would like to have my money back.

They came right in and fixed the problem immediately. They knew exactly what they were doing.

Everything went well servise took about 1hr the guy also educated me on how to flush the heater out myself

Scheduling was easy. They came within the week of our communication. They called me when they were on the way. They finished the job within the hour.

The provide wants to add $125 to perform the service. No service provided.

Scheduling was quick. However, my system was too old so they couldn't do the tune-up. The Big Deal price was reasonable.

Couple persons from Advanced professional Plumbing showed up on the pre-scheduled time. They checked most of the plumbing related infrastructure within the house and made some comments. It was very average comments. They promised to send a summary report afterwards which we never received. They made a generic comment like "there is no major issues" which I did not like. I expected more detail investigation onto my plumbing housings and I for a fact am facing quite a few issues with leakage and sealants which they made no comments about. We did not find them to be enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile.

They arrived later than the scheduled appointment because of the job before mine so I wasn't able to use all the services provided with the deal. They did unclog my bathroom drain which was the primary reason purchased the service. I did ask them to look at another issue I was having in my kitchen and they did offer some very good advice. I may consider them fort his job. All in all I got the main service I paid for, but was disappointed in them being late as my schedule was already set.
