I needed the pipes replaced before my new washing machine could be hooked up. Valentina was great to make sure my needs were met even though her technicians were busy taking care of unexpected emergencies for other customers. They are flexible and think outside the box to make sure their customers are taken care of. The technician was efficient, friendly and professional. I would definitely hire them again.

This was probably my best experience on Angie's List. I woke up and noticed there was no hot water in the house. Went to the basement and noticed the hot water heater was leaking. I called up Advanced Professional Plumbing, told them what was going on and gave them the specs of the hot water heater. 20 minutes later a technician showed up (a very nice guy named Joey). He inspected everything and showed us the cause of the issue. He gave us a few options on what to do and we decided to replace the 75 gallon hot water heater. Within an hour, Joey came back with Sam and they replaced the old water heater with a new one. They were both professional and got the old hot water heater without making a mess and replaced with a new one. After the job was done, Joey tested all the bathrooms out to make sure the pressure was good and we paid and they were on their way. They were fast, efficient, explained everything and it was a great price. You really can't beat that. Your hot water heater breaks down on a Saturday you are not expecting hot water for the rest of the weekend but Advanced Professional Plumbing delivered. I appreciated the office following with me to make sure everything went. Just an overall class business.

Subie, the technician they sent to our house, was terrific. Polite, professional, and he did the job quickly and cleanly. He disassembled the disposal, found the obstruction (a piece of a kitchen implement), and removed the offending piece without harm to the disposal or the piece. He was very conscientious checking to make sure there were no leaks once he reassembled the unit. I was a bit apprehensive calling a random plumber whose number I found on Google, but these guys turned out to be great and I'll be using them in the future for our plumbing needs.

We live in Hoboken, NJ and had to hire a crane to lift a very large combination A/C / gas heating unit onto our roof and install it. Trish at Advanced Professional did a fantastic job of coordinating the crane, the permits, the no parking signs, the police detail, etc. As far as the actual installation, Rabi and his team at Advanced Professional also did a tremendous job executing. I now have a brand new HVAC rooftop system that will hopefully last the next 15 to 20 years. I would absolutely recommend Advanced Professional for any HVAC issue. They have always been prompt and very on top of things. A+

Overall went well. However it took multiple days because of an incorrect diagnosis and incorrect part order The technician did a great job overall. I felt the price for the overall work was very expensive.

Had to remove toilet, snake 15 ft of drain pipe, put toilet back. They kept me updated on arrival(came early), did job, took pictures through process, explained the whole process, cleaned up great. Subie was thorough and professional.

Rob was very informative and professional. He showed me everything he was doing. He also gave me a bunch of options to improve our AC and heating systems.

Advanced Professional is beyond amazing. I am a new, first time homeowner and landlord in a house made in the 1950’s and have tenants. Plumbing has been a weak spot for my house, but luckily Advanced Professional has been there for all my plumbing needs in a timely manor. Their staff are beyond professional, helpful, and respectful and their charges very fair. I also had to use them for a unique heating issue that was caused by my kitchen renovation that left me with no heat at the beginning of the colder weather. I highly recommend Advance Professional to anyone with home repairs. I will continue to use them for any issues I have and will be using them for upcoming bathroom renovations at my residence. Excellent service from beginning yo end. Even with some hurdles due to existing unit, the service men made sure it's done the same day. Work was completed late at night but the commitment by Sam's to service excellence is truly impressive.

Only several hours after calling for an estimate, I had both Subie and Jay at my house with the proper equipment ready to replace by broken and leaking water heater. On top of their professionalism and attention to detail, they handled everything in a very timely manner and handled all clean up of materials and leaking water exceptionally. Would highly recommend and will more than likely rehire them in the future for any help needed.

Subie was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had a lot of questions and we were just really unsure what caused our problem and he educated us on everything. I feel extremely confident now on how to prevent future flooding and confident I have a go to company and great guy for the job!

We had a horrible situation two years ago where the septic tanks in the home backed up and ruined the entire basement, and I honestly do not know how we would have made it through the entire ordeal without the team at Advanced Professional. These guys prioritized us as needed, worked tirelessly to get to the root of the problem, and renovated and sanitized the entire basement -- working closely with the septic company and other professionals to make sure the job was done right. They are knowledgeable and HONEST people who make sure you are happy with the job -- HIGHLY recommended.

Had a technician come out in the weekend for estimating the cost of installing new mini split ACs. Rab was very professional, and took the time to understand what my husband and I were looking for. He also bounced off several options and ideas with us, and promptly worked on giving us a quote. Really helped us in budgeting and planning for this project. If the need arises, I would definitely consider using this company's services in my house!

They were the only company to respond quickly when the existing boiler required replacement during cold weather. They are excellent and I would highly recommend their services. They were on time, sometimes arriving ahead of schedule and kept me informed of arrival time via text messaging. They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and cleaned up after the work was completed. The even corrected previous work completed by other company and made recommendations to prevent future outages. This is a long overdue thank you.

Excellent. Even though I missed their phone call in the morning, they called back until I picked up and still got here on the day they were scheduled. Subie and Leo did the install. They had to go out twice in order to get the right parts and were here for nearly 6 hours on a Friday night because that's how much they care about getting the job done right. Great guys - great service. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others. A service business needs the right people and Subie / Leo are a huge asset for this company, honest, patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy.
