Advanced Professional Plumbing Heating & Cooling

Originally bought deal for $49 f/service call upto 1 hr. Called & made an appointment with Mark. Day of appointment received phone call advising plumber was on his way. After Steve arrived to install kitchen faucet he advised couldn't turn off water from under sink as it was so old so went downstairs to shut off main water valve only to find out that was also rusted & needed to have a new main water faucet installed & some pipes installed as it was leaking a bit. Made another appointment to reschedule & have all necessary repairs and work done. Water company was advised to shut off my water. Steve came back and performed all the necessary work in a very timely fashion even though he really had a tough job. After he finished downstairs came upstairs to install my kitchen faucet. He was very efficient, pleasant and personable and answered all my questions for future work. He waited for the water company to come back & turn on the water to check and make sure there were no leaks and the faucet in kitchen was working fine. For all work he performed believe price was very fair. Would definitely call them again for my next project.

I had the tune up done on the furnace. The service worked out great. I called them and they came out the very same day. He tried to upsell me but didn’t press too hard.

Placed a call to Advanced Professional plumbing based on there Angie's list reviews. Representative on the phone informed me technician would arrive within 45 minutes. 25 minutes later, I met Technician Sammy, very professional and informative, explained exactly what needed to be performed. Cleared sewer trap clog and tested and verified clog cleared.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were great! They charged me more. Initially I actually called them. I spoke to Angie's List about this. They came in an unmarked van and I was really uneasy about that. They were wonderful and totally understanding, they apologized and said they were able to come back with no problem. I definitely appreciated that customer service. We were 2 women and 2 guys come in with heavy machinery in an unmarked van is just really shady to me. I appreciated that and they didn't charge me or anything like that. Other than that, they did what they were there to do. I really don't know what it should cost to unclog the drain so I couldn't tell whether they were charging more than I needed to or not, but they did the job and it was fine. They were professional, they were nice to work with, and responsive. I think they were late in coming out. I would recommend them.

They were great. Came over promptly. Arrived when they said they would. Very pleasant people and worked quickly and effectively. Did a beautiful job with everything at a very fair price.

The drain wasn't working right and the diverter (spout) was shot . Plumber showed up on time, fixed the drain issue and removed the diverter. It was non-standard so I had to get one from a plumbing supply house. Plumber came back the next day and installed it. No issues. Plumber also quoted some additional work at my request at what seemed like reasonable prices.

The service went well. They were prompt and courteous and did the job. A little more information about what the $99 dollar Big Deal covered would have been nice as well.

Steve did a great job and was extremely careful and thorough. The job was de-winterizing a house that had been vacant for over three years and inspect HVAC units, water heater and pipes. We found a couple of spots where there were leaks, and they will be back for the additional work. I would recommend Steve and Advanced Professional Plumbing! The team is super responsive and they are flexible on timing. What is really nice is they call when they are on their way so you don't have to wait around for a time window.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were great. They were timely; I was in touch with them several days after I purchased the deal and they were out within a week.

At the time it solved my problem, but not for the long term. I wasn’t particularly happy. I was also having a problem with my toliet and he suggested I replace the whole thing. I don’t feel that I got $99 worth of service. I asked for a receipt and they didn’t give me one.

Our bathtub stopped draining completely we called Advanced Professional and they were able to come out the same day. The service person arrived on time and was explained some of the issues with they clog. We are on the third floor in a condo and he made the smart suggestion to check in with my downstairs neighbor before we run the water for any period of time to make sure the snake didn't damage any of the pipes. We appreciate the thoroughness of the job and drain is draining quickly now.

Very pleased with the work. Professional, timely, cleaned up...everything you could ask for. I didn't even use the coupon I bought because I am going to have him back to do something else! Thanks!

They couldn’t work on my particular heating system because they don’t service boilers. We spoke over the phone and they were very nice. I got the Big Deal refunded.

They came quickly, assessed the problem, made the necessary repairs and then some. They did work that another plumber was too lazy to do. The price was right and the work was top notched.

The service was great. He was timely.

Usually you never just pay the service charge, so I was very excited. They came within 2 hours of calling, came when they said they would, and were very honest. We had our heat turning off and on. The tech tested the grid and read a blinking error code, did some trouble shooting, reset the heater and the error was gone. He said it is a process, something may be wrong with our pressure sensor, but for now, everything seems fine. Several hours have passed and my house is warm and heat is staying on. I appreciated not being slammed with a large bill and repair with unnecessary costs.

He showed up promptly and did a good job.

I have used Advanced Pro twice now. I was very impressed by their service and their willingness to come out on the same day as my problem. So thankful for the fantastic work, incredibly friendly attitude and most of all they are very professional plumbers. I also appreciated the follow up call to see how everything went. Great company!

I purchased a $99 deal for $200 worth of pumbling services. The pumbling company never called as stated on the deal. I called and schedule a visit for 2/22/14 with a time expectation between 1-3pm. I called them at 3pm since I never heard from them and was told they will contact the plumber and call me back. The plumber called me back 20 minutes later and stated he was still on a job and would take another 3-4 hours to complete and would not be able to make my appointment. I asked why didnt I receive a call earlier since he was aware he was 3-4 hours behind. He stated they have multiple emergency calls because of extreme cold temperatures. He advised me to contact the office and reschedule. The office reschedule my appointment promptly the next day. The plumber arrived within 1st hour of expected time, was there no more then an hour to replace bathroom sink faucet which I had puchased myself. I felt there estimate was too high and decided not to use the company again. I had more work to be done but after the estimate I decided not to ask. I called 2 other plumbers in their area and realized I could of saved approxiamately $70-90 dollars on this job.

We purchased the Angie's list deal for $99. The plumbing service never called. They finally came after I reached out to them, took a very quick look at our plumbing situation, left and never got back to us. It was a very expensive visit in my opinion. They want to charge us approximately $600 more to fix an exterior drain, but have never followed up. I'm not sure I feel comfortable using them. Didn't feel like I got my money's worth.

I purchased a Big Deal for a $49 plumbing service call. They were prompt and showed up on time. The guy was very nice and friendlyI My toilet wasn't working properly and he quickly figured out that it only needed a simple part to fix the problem. At first i had an issue with the price charged for the flapper that had to be replaced. However I spoke to Mark and he was extremely professional and I am very impressed that he genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and being fair and reasonable.

They came and gave us an estimate rather than doing any work, and told us we needed to buy thousands of dollars of new plumbing supplies before we could consider having any work done. All we wanted was a drippy faucet fixed and a clogged shower drain cleared.

Initially only needed a few leaks fixed in my basement. Upon further inspection Mark found that my boiler gave off carbon monoxide. I received a quote from them and was encouraged to shop around. After doing so I found that they actually quoted me a great price and I had the impression that they genuinely wanted to help. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase the service. At the end of the day I am very happy with the boiler and a dry basement and I know who I will call if I have any plumbing issues or questions.

The job went great :) The guys showed up on time. They were very professional. They not only did a great job but also cleaned up afterwards. They also put up with my dog "Lincoln" barking at them, for the entire job. They are really good guys, i would use them again.
