Advanced Professional Plumbing Heating & Cooling

Service was great, detailed explanation of what went wrong and anwsered my general queries about my heating unit. Would recommend them and use them again myself.

We never used Advanced Plumbing. We had scheduled an appointment with the owner to fix my kitchen faucets. Coincidentally, we had a major plumbing problem with water seeping into the foundation/walls of my house at the same time. My husband is in commercial real estate and had called in the landscapers, masons, etc. to deal with the larger problem. We cancelled Advanced Plumbing because there was too much going on. I believe that the offer expired after a certain amount of time, so I did not call back to reschedule. However, the owner (Mark, I think) was incredibly friendly and accommodating on the phone.

It turned out okay. He said that he would have to come back to fix the leak, but we decided to not have that done. They were very accommodating with the scheduling. The plumber was fine.

On Time. Also got some pointers and estimates.

They came out and claimed that they didn't do any work on furnaces like mine. I told them to go do whatever they could. I was very disappointed in this service.

Work was well done and professional.

They said that they would come this morning between 9:30 and 11:00 am and they did not. I called them and left a message and he returned my call but it appeared that no one was on the line. The line went dead after I said hello several times. I called them back and no one responded so I left another message for him to call me. I waited all day first for them to show up and then to return my call and say if they were going to make it or not. I never received a call.

They never showed up for the appointment. They never even called to explain why they were not coming....

The service provider scheduled the visit with me, arrived on the day and time as scheduled. They also called before arriving to confirm the appointment. The repair was done in a satisfactory manner. He also asked about any other troubles or questions about the house plumbing.

I was amazed that they were able to fit me in on such short notice. They showed up when they said they would and did what they were contracted to do. They took the time to explain each aspect of what they were doing and identified areas for consideration. I wish all plumbers were as responsive and professional.

We have called them once so far and they came out to service the heater quickly. We didn’t have any problems with our heater over the winter, it was a little noisier than past years but we also had more extreme weather.

Showed up in an unmarked van, no information about this company was visible whatsoever. Explained I needed 2 leaks fixed.

Had received a number of other estimates, none of which remotely suggested the same extent (time or cost) was required. Not going to use their services here.

I had my tenants water heater break and I called him on a Saturday rainy night and 2 hours later they were in Union City NJ troubleshooting the problem. The water heater specs that I gave him were wrong so they brought one that did not fit, so they went back to their warehouse and came back and installed it the same night. They accepted payments over the phone and did not charge me until I was fully satisfied. They also went back the next day in the evening to trouble shoot one of the tenants shower that has been giving problems since they moved in. They are working on the permits because my water heater never had one. Also they saw one of the other water valves had a leak and are working on getting it fixed. I am in the military and many times I am gone like this time again. And with a single phone call they were able to be my eyes and help me fixed my problem at a moments notice. No hassle, explained things very well, was not pushy on any sales and was more interested in making sure the job was done right and that my tenants were happy. Impeccable service!! Will recommend!!

Came on time, was very punctual and professional. In addition to fixing leaking toilet advised about kitchen faucet which should be replaced in a future and provided suggestions.

When they called to confirm appointment, the caller told me I might need need additional hose work. Arrived on time. Worked quickly & efficiently. All work completed in 45 minutes. Inquired about my heating system, which I replied had recently been checked. Advised me that copper pipe had a hole & needed to be replaced. Also mentioned that the copper on the sink drain was also deteriorating & if the sink leaked afterwards, it would be because of that. They made the replacement, packed up the pipe & the old faucet. Charge for the replacement PVC pipe was $45. Since high quality pvc isn't $45, I was surprised at the price. There was no negotiating on the price. I tried to negotiate the price and mentioned that he was taking my copper pipe & my old faucet which he could reuse/recycle; he acted insulted, told me he'd couldn't get anything for it & dropped the parts back on the floor. I would have to really think about whether I would use them again. |

So, we realized that the heat was not working on yet another night where the temperature was dipping into the early 30s. It was Sunday evening. It was 10:45 PM. We have an infant sleeping. I called Advanced, explained the issue, and they came over within 45 minutes, solved the problem, and went on their merry way. No waiting for hours for a return call, no anxiety build-up as the house gets colder and colder. I'm not sure if they are the cheapest, but they responded immediately to a difficult situation with a minimum amount of BS.

Steve was very courteous and professional. Saw what had to be done and did it quickly and professionally.

Great service! Very helpful, punctual, and professional. Answered all of my questions and fixed the leak under my kitchen sink. He knew I was on a tight budget and kept the visit to a very affordable price. Also answered all of my questions about different problems, so I know what I'll need in the future. I will definitely call them back for future visits. Very happy with this experience!

First I am a retired Police Officer, I Spoke with Mark & made arrangements to have him come to my house the next day. He said he had an opening from 9 to 11. I asked him to come as close to 9 as possible due to a meeting I had at 11. I waited till approximately 10:45 and called Mark. When he answered the phone it was not professional & sounded like he was sleeping. I asked him if he was coming to my residence. He was not sure who I was?? When Speaking with Mark I told him my first impression was not good. He gave me the well we could reschedule or he could send someone. While waiting I found another person that offered the same service. My experience was not good at all & I hope Mark learns and grows from this experience.

Professional, prompt, courteous and helpful.

They were wonderful. They did everything they were supposed to do. I already have them scheduled to come back out.

After the provider inspected the area where the work was to be performed an estimate was given. The work was done as required in a timely fashion. I had a bit of cleaning to do after the job was over. Everything installed is working.

They wouldn't convert a propane grill to a gas grill.

They let me know that the work I needed done was going to take more than one hour. I had to call them to setup the appointment and I did not have handle replaced. They let me know it would have taken additional work to get the handle installed.
