They were expensive but the did a good job. They went into the attic and spotted that my filter needed to be cleaned. The were professional, quick and they knew what they were doing. They are the best around although i found someone who was cheaper.

I wouldn't recommend this company. The plumber they sent us was very inexperienced. It took him a very long time to re-install one tap that was removed to install a backsplash. He insisted we need to turn off the gas to the house to do this and he couldn't explain why. He tried to unclog a bath drain and told us he couldn't do it because he needed a much longer snake which he didn't have, which was not the case because we found another plumber who cleaned it in five minutes with a short snake because the blockage was a few inches away from the drain. To make matters worse, he wanted to charge us to look at the drain because it wasn't why he was out there. Overall, not a good experience and we won't be calling on them again.

Went very well, he was responsive, punctual and knkowledgable. He was neat and fast.

Fast scheduling of service, even for a weekend. Came a bit late on Sunday, but not too bad. The extraction of the old faucet was complicated, and resulted in scratching of the sink surface. I think we should let this slide, since the old faucet was 20+ years old, so it must have been tough to remove. Only trouble was the hot and cold taps leads were reversed. They came back the next day to fix, but it was not such a good ending to an otherwise acceptable experience.

They were on time very polite and extreemly neat. They did the work and did not try to make a bigger job out of what was needed to be done. Worth every penny

The tech came out on time, did the work professionally and was very nice. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable.

There is nothing advanced or professional about this company. Intake staff had difficulty remembering what I wanted done and called several times to ask again. They did accommodate by scheduling an early visit, but then came at the last two minutes of the appointment time. The older staff repeated back what I wanted, making sure he understood and suggested how the work would be done. The two young staff did not seem knowledgeable. They said that I would receive a written estimate within the week. I sent many emails over two months requesting contact, with no reply. Meanwhile, $189 of mine is tied up with this company. Do not hire them, as the F grades they receive are for similar poor responsiveness. How will you know if you will be one of the lucky ones or not?

Nice and smooth, and clean! They were finished in no time, it seemed, and took out the old toilet to the curb for me.

Went very well, told us the heater was in good shape for its age (13), but we should think about replacement in the future.

We received a call telling us the technician would be there in 30 minutes and he arrived on time. He was very nice, talked me through everything he was checking and doing and he answered all my questions. To my surprise, my 10 year old unit was in fine working order and the technician didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any other repair or service.

It was great--he really knew what he was doing.

Ray was a very pleasant man who took the time to explain how the systems work, how old they are and what I can expect. I just bought the house and knew nothing about them. He was very helpful and I'll call them when it comes time to check out my boilers.

The tech came as scheduled and was going to perform the service but our system came up too low on freon which is not included in the deal. We just purchased the home and it is still under home warranty since we were unable to test the system prior to closing. Called the office and the gentleman said very nicely to contact you for a refund.

Sam, the young man sent to iron out my problems, explained everything to this senior citizen in terms I could follow. He was patient and kind. Those faucets and valves that could not be repaired he explained to me and also told me the costs to replace the fixtures. I followed his recommendations and am satisfied with the results. this is an old historic house and eventually everything will need to be replaced.

My kitchen faucet broke and the company the condo uses for any plumbing issues quoted $350 to have a new installed. I thought that was way overpriced so I went on Angie's list and found Advanced Professionals, they had a coupon for $200 worth of plumbing service for only $99. I called and they confirmed the deal. The installation was $235 plus tax. So I paid the $99 plus the difference. The service was great, quick and clean. I would work with them again, no problem.

Initially, I had supplied him with two dates for the work to be done, but never received a confirmation or acknowledgment that he had received the dates. I called him, we scheduled an appointment, but he never showed up and I never received word from him. Very unprofessional.

Mark was very helpful and setup an appointment at a very short notice. The technician showed up on time and got everything running in no time. It turns out that our a/c unit just needed a new filter and to be reset. They were very honest about the issue and just charged me for a service call. Excellent provider. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Did not show for three appointments. Each time he called to say he could not get to me until later. Third time this happened I told him to forget it. If you can't respect a customer's time, you can forget about getting business from me.

I called and left a message and got no response. Can not recommend their services if they never bothered to call back. Shows a lack of professionalism.

We had a leak in the basement and didn't know where it was coming from. It was 9pm on Thursday night and when I called, there was no hassle or attitude. I was told someone would come in an hour and I think Sam beat that estimate. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and told us what to do next. Easy peasy, just what we needed! We are getting an estimate from the company to fix the bigger problem.

I purchased a plumbing deal, $200.00 worth of plumbing for $99.00. Received an email from above referenced plumber, replied to the email, called them and set up an appointment. Provider asked me if this was a voucher deal with Angie's List, I said yes. He set up an appointment for Tuesday, May 27th between 9:00-11:00 am. Provider said he would call 30 minutes before he was to arrive! He stood me up, have not heard from him to date! He seemed like the voucher deal might have been an issue as he asked me that question early on in first and only conversation! Standing up a customer is the height of rudeness and completely unprofessional! I would NOT hire a contractor who can't call a customer and cancel or reschedule!!

We had a water leak from the Air Handler's condensation drain (primary) pipe, which swept through the drywall into the wall switch. I called Advanced Professional 11 PM at night and spoke to Mark and requested for sending someone at 9:00 AM in the morning. Mark mentioned that he could send someone at 11 AM, for which I insisted the time of visit to be around 9:00 AM keeping in mind about the urgency. In the morning around 9 AM I called Mark again and got an update that a technician is on his way. Around 10:20 AM, I got a call from the technician Sam who alerted me that he would be at my home in 10 minutes. As soon as he arrived, he inquired about an overview of the problem and then straight went to the attic where he could see the problem visually. Then it took less than 30 min. for Sam to fix the cracked PVC pipe and set my Air Conditioner back to work. Unlike other service companies out there, Sam was focused on the problem at work and I was not given with "unnecessary" up-sells (I hate these type of up-sells!). The final price was reasonable and I'm satisfied with the work. I would recommend Advanced Professional or hire them for future work.
