They came out and said they have to change a part, which was an additional cost. The only problem was after they fixed the toilet, the water pressure isn’t strong enough, so I have trouble flushing it sometimes. The cleanup was ok.

Just great! Boilers now working much better; that sensor wire was actually quite important. All in all great job.

First; the person who answers the phone and I do not know her name is very lovely. She takes the information and sends it off to Mark and his team who then respond way more quickly then I would have ever expected. With this particular problem which actually started the week prior he came at first and attempted to snake the pipe. I cannot tell you how hard he worked in order to clean the pipe but save me the cost of having the pipe cut. However it wasn't going to work so he came on a Saturday and as performed his magic. He not only got out a horrible mess but put the pipe back together expertly. The sink is now working perfectly and the repair is stellar. This guy and his team are terrific. They come when they say they will; they call you to say how when they will be there if they are at another job. They are very flexible with their time and work hard to accomodate you. I like to watch how things get done and Mark is great: I know I make him crazy with all the questions but he is great at answering everyone of them. I learned more about my plumbing in the year I have been using this company then I have in prior 12 years I have lived in this house.As a single woman I am always expecting to get a " she's a woman what does she know" attitude from any of the trades I deal with. I am very, very pleased to say that is never the case with this team.

It went as well as I expected from Mark. Prior to his arrival I received a call from the young lady who works in the office that he would be there in 15 minutes and in 15 minutes he was there! He came in; fixed the problem answered ALL of my questions. Didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need and now my boiler is working perfectly! He also fixed a minor issue on the boiler that services my 2nd and 3rd floor apartments. Again I recommend Advanced Plumbing without exception.

I called the company and was able to get an appointment for a couple of hours later to fix an outdoor valve that had frozen and broke - which had required me to turn off all of the water to my house. The plumber arrived within the scheduled window. He assessed the issue, gave me an estimate, and completed the repair within about an hour of arriving. He then showed me how to prevent this issue from happening in the future. He was very nice, informative, prompt, respectful, and did a good job.

Very satisfied with this company. They called a hour in advance as I requested. Sam arrived on time and examined the water heater. He determined that it was working correctly but made an adjustment to the temperature and realigned the flue pipe which should eliminate the issue of hot water turning colder too quickly. Sam did not rush and took the time to answer my questions. I was left with an impression of competence and integrity.

I made the appointment on line th enight before. I received a call Monday morning saying they would be there within 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I had requested a morning appointment. Advanced Professional arrived at around 10:30 well within the time frame. He was friendly, courteous and efficient. This is the second time I have used Advanced and I will use them again.

Called in the morning and was able to get an appointment the same day. Was given a two hour window and the technician, Sam, came right on time. Had water leaking through the circulating pump on my heating system. Called PSE&G the previous day and was told I would need to replace the pump and motor, and bleed the entire system of air. They quoted me around $600 (this is with the standard WorryFree contract) and approximately 2 days to get the new motor. Sam is very knowledgeable and walked me through the issues with the pump (checked gaskets, etc.). He replaced the circulating pump, bled the system, and stuck around to make sure everything worked fine. He was very professional and also was kind enough to clean the area where the work was done. Price quoted was fair; no surprises in the end.

We made a same-day appointment and were given a two-hour window. He arrived exactly on time at the beginning of the window. Sam was efficient, personable, and informative. He quickly identified the problem, and explained what he was doing as he worked, answering questions along the way. He was in and out in a hour! We were given a rough quote over the phone, and the bill was in line with the estimate.

I had leaky valve on the hot water line going up to my kitchen. I had stopped using the hot water in kitchen sink.My house is 90+ year old and the piping in the basement is not ideal. This hot water line valve was sitting between copper and brass pipes. So I called these guys and scheduled a service. He quoted $95 take a look at it and if I decided to fix it then adjust this $95 against the cost of repair. He arrived ahead of time and. I explained the issue and showed him the leak. He immediately noticed the different types of pipes and advised replacing the valve as it would break the brass pipe and could cause a huge repair job. He fixed the leaky valve and also took a look at some other things I wanted his opinion on e.g. under sink piping, what plumbing would be needed to put bathroom in attic. I am happy with the service that I got.

He came earlier than expected. He changed the thermostat. He made sure that it worked. Job well done and cheep!!

Over the phone they said the service would take 1-1.5 hours. The worker was in and out in under 45 mins. He checked the furnace, opened up some covers and checked the water (which was dirty and he recommended we do a chemical flush which would cost around $290). He didn't really seem too interested in checking out the rest of the house to me but I told him I wanted him to look at each of the radiators because we noticed that some of them were not fully heating. He quickly bounced around to each one and gave it a cursory look and said the only way to tell would be to crank the heat up for a few hours to get everything up-and-running and then see what's happening. Wouldn't that have been nice to know BEFORE he showed up? Anyway, we left the heat on and the radiator in our bedroom is only half-heating currently. After talking to some friends who conferred with others in that line of work, we all determined that they did not do a good job and should've at least told us to have the heat going before arrival. I contacted the company recently to ask that they come and re-look at it as they didn't do what they said they would on the first time and they told me it would be a $75 service call. I also asked about the chemical flush price and this time was quoted closer to $500. So, for lack of transparent pricing, not performing services properly the first time and not waiving the service call for the follow-up visit I would NOT recommend them.

I had an emergency as my house got no heat for 2 days. My carbon monoxide detector went off and the gas company came. They said the boiler got clogged inside and that caused the carbon monoxide to leak out of the boiler. They shut down the boiler. I called Advanced Professional Plumbing around 1pm and they said they will come between 2 to 4. The technician Sam came at 3pm. He checked boiler and I looked at the inside. It was clogged really bad. It's a very old boiler. Sam said it probably has never been cleaned. Sam started to work. He cleaned the inside of the boiler section by section. He used the brushes to clean and used the vacuum to collect the dusts. It took him about an hour to finish the work. The air passages were all cleaned well. Then he put everything back and turned on the boiler. The flame burned well inside the boiler. A carbon monoxide reader was put near the boiler for 10 minutes and the reading never exceeded 3. The house got heat again - it's such a good feeling. Sam said they warrant their work for the winter. If the carbon monoxide detector in the house goes off again, I can just call him. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service. Responsive, professional, and good quality of work. Even their price is a little higher than other companies, it's worth every penny of it. I highly recommend them.

I had called and scheduled it twice, but they never showed up. If you call the number it goes to voicemail which doesn't even say what company it is (at 10:00 am on a weekday).

They came the same day and on time. Very happy with the service that was performed.

The guy who came out was nice and came on time. it didn't take him long to look at my heatpump and water heater. He knew what parts would be needed. I was told to expect a call on Monday (2 days after the visit) i called on tuesday and no answer. I left a message with them on Angie's list on the 24th and no answer. I called once more and nothing. This is very poor communication. I went with someone else who replaced my hvac system and water heater.

We needed our main line sewer snaked and they were willing to come the same day however we weren't available so they promptly scheduled us for the following day (today a SUNDAY which was a huge plus since the other plumbing companies I called were open for Sunday service.) Our technician was prompt, work quickly and efficiently. He explained to my husband what the issue was and had us try flushing our toilets and running our shower to make sure the issue was fully resolved before he left.

Painless experience, Great work! I called At 8:00 am He said he would come between 10:00 and 12:00 and he did. He looked at the problem assessed it with a critical step by step manor. Told me what was wrong and how it could be fixed. He explained that other people would have replaced the whole zone valve. This would have costed me three times the price. He saved me a lot by being reputable a quality that is lacking in other trade's people. GREAT WORK ! VERY FAIR PRICE !

The person who answered the phone was very pleasant. The technician arrived within the hour of our call and assessed the problem quickly. He had to go back to the shop to get the new pump but returned promptly. Very professional. Will definitely use them again.

Very professional and honored a coupon that was close to expiration. The plumber quickly resolved my running toilet and cleaned up afterwards. Very friendly and answered all my questions. To top it of did not charge me for a part needed just a happy holidays and he went on his way! I high recommend this company

they showed up on time Sam and 2 other techs worked an entire day to restore the heat to my home . by the end of the day a SOLID 9 hour day they had a new boiler in place and many of he pipes replaced and heat going to the main zone of the home . they came back the next day on time as promised and finished the job .. taking care to clean up as they went true professionals . will use them EVERY time . dependable quality work . NOT THE CHEAPEST .. but you certainly get what you pay for

Called ahead, said he was running a few mins late, which was OK with me. Gave some recommendations on the AC equipment and costs for a complete over-haul. Although I wasn't planning on doing the over-haul this summer, I'll probably do it in the future and use these guys.

Water heater broke on a rental property and I immediately began contacting service providers on Angie's List that were A-rated. Advanced Professional Plumbing et. al. were one of the first to reply back with an estimate. Matt was very friendly and professional. His quote was on the high-end of other quotes I received and when I informed him of this and that this was the reason I chose another provider, he was able to cut a better deal. He continued to inform me that the provider I chose gave me a low estimate and will increase the estimate when he arrives. Matt was right. Fortunately for me however, the increase was only about $100 more which was still less (approx. $50) than the best deal Matt could offer me. Overall, I was very pleased with Matt's honesty, foresight and eagerness to get the job. I wish they were more straightforward with the price of service right of the bat as I would have hired them on the spot. Nonetheless, I will look to them in the future for other services.

Initial inspection went well. Will work with them for the full task, if all details work OK. They look professional.
