Everything was done professionally and explained clearly. Price seemed reasonable.

Everyone was very courteous and cooperative. Pricing was reasonable. The work done was very professional. Alex, Mike, and crew did an awesome job on the under-the-bath-tub leakage as well as putting everything back together.

I made an appointment weeks in advance for a day I would be home. Had indicated that I had exhausted all options and that would likely need a toilet replacement. On day of, called to give me a quote on full replacement before coming in to troubleshoot the issue. When I mentioned I first wanted the toilet inspected, they said they would call back and wanted to reschedule the appointment for another day because if they wanted to replace, would not have the time to do it... Completely unacceptable in my opinion. Come in to assess like originally intended within the window that was originally agreed upon, and take the next step. I would have likely replaced the toilet.. Anyhow, on to the next. Will likely seek some local recommendations and go from there.

The work went well. Professional and was very helpful in explaining what my problem was and how I need to fix it not just now but how to manage my HVAC in the future. I will use them again.

My furnace wasn't working properly, so called Advanced for some help. Our technician Joey was really helpful and explained everything that was wrong and how he fixed it. Definitely will be giving them a call next time I need help.

Previous inspections by other plumbers had told us faucet was old and was not repairable, so the tile wall would have to be broken to replace the entire faucet unit. I did not have replacement tile to patch the broken ones. So I went to Angie's List and found Advanced Professionals. The Advanced Professional plumber did arrive late due to a previous job (this can happen.) But Advanced Professional's office kept us updated and promised the repair would still be performed. Job was performed in less than an hour. Plumber had all parts for the work. He checked the repair with the water running by videoing the repair from behind the tile wall (there was an access panel available) and reviewed the video with me. The job site was cleaned before he left. We discussed other minor issues around the house, and he made his professional recommendations. I will use them for future work. Advanced Professionals always answers the phone during normal business hours. This is key. As many plumbers are one or two person operators and won't answer the phone once they are on the job and their voice mail is usually full. I highly recommend this company.

Very well -punctual and professional

The initial technician who came first diagnosed the issue wrongly and asked to replace the gas valve and the estimate was very high. But the team who came to do the actual installation ( Sam and Subie) were very knowledgeable and identified the issue to be very low pilot flame. They replaced the pilot assembly for 20% of the initial estimated cost and advanced professional promptly sent a check for the balance from the initial deposit. Sam and subie was very professional and the issue is resolved. Definitely recommend their service.

The guy just showed up and take a look without fixing anything but charging $75.

Excellent! APPH&C called to verify the appointment and Joey arrived as promised. Joey was very personable and went out of his way to quickly explain the various sensors being monitored and their proper operation. It was nice to see Joey again this year for the annual checkup as in my experience the service technician is usually different each time.

We are very pleased with the work and service you guys provided for us. Jason and his assistant were excellent. On time, courteous, efficient and professional. he explained the issue and parts to be replace to fix the problem. Truly impressed with how smooth everything went and will definitely hire you again in the future as well as recommend to anyone who might need a plumber.

We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time. This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall. The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief? Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team. Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all. A great team who take pride in their work! We highly recommend Advanced Professional.

Hello. Thank you for sending someone over to my apartment. I wanted to give you some feedback. Your estimate of 1250.00 dollars to fix the faucet was quite high. I was able to get it done for 10% of that estimate...125.00. That’s a huge difference You charged me for the visit / estimate...and you charged me 5% for using my credit card. I hope u would understand that I myself would not use u in the future and I would certainly tell people this experience should that situation ever come about in the future. I am trying to give u feedback, not complain. Please do accept it as that. Ed

The service was prompt and well executed. It wasn't inexpensive, however the responsiveness and quality was worth it.

Excellent. They came same day they were called. Sent text messages and phone calls to let me know they were coming. Arrived on time. Quickly identified the issue and came back first thing next morning to complete the repair b/c they had to get a part for the unit (all of this during a heat advisory no less!!!). Their price seemed fair and they honored their original quote. These guys are total pros and i would use them again and wholeheartedly recommend them.

It was excellent, the person who came(Sam-the technician) was very professional and knowledgeable. i am grateful for the service they provided. The price was very fair also and he came basically 10 mins before the appointment time. I would highly recommend them.

I would highly rate the company. My furnace was working, so I hired another company to diagnose it. The service person came and removed the motor. He stated that the motor needs to be replaced and will cost me $1500 to do so. Since my furnace is old, it is better I replace it and will cost me $5000 for a new furnace. He charged me $170 for coming and left the motor outside the furnace stating since it is not working, there is no point putting it back. So, I called 5-6 other companies for a quote and everybody gave me the same ball park number. I had got a promotional offer from Advanced Professional, so I wanted to give them a try. From the very first call, Advanced Professional was truly professional. Valentina was extremely courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. Joey was the technician that came over. He tested the motor and stated that there is nothing wrong with it. It is the capacitor that is not working. He replaced the capacitor and placed the motor back to the furnace and my furnace was working. It is now a week since I called Advanced Professional and I am very happy with their services. I gave a C to Punctuality. But now I can understand why they are in so much demand. I have saved their number and would definitely call them again if I need to.

Advanced Professionals was very prompt in sending someone over to our office to assess the issues with our Air Conditioning unit. It was extremely hot weather and having an office full of doctors and staff was unnerving and frustrating. They were able to accommodate us right away and sent over their technician Rabi. He was very knowable and extremely helpful in resolving the issue. He was able to get us back up and running. He was very thorough and took his time to explain exactly what the issue was and gave recommendations on how to avoid this problem in the future. We are very confident in the service provided and will continue to use Advanced Professionals for any future services needed.

Advanced professionals is an excellent company to work with and provides great service. They are on time and very professional in getting the work done. Their technicians are very nice and patient and explain everything to you before they start. You feel like they have the best interest for your home when it comes to providing the best services. How did it go? It was an outstanding experience, if I could give higher than an “A” rating I gladly would!. The front office administrative staff was outstanding, I mostly dealt with Valentina who did a superb job of scheduling appointments, assigning technicians and also billing, oh I forgot she also pulls permits from the town Her attention to detail is outstanding, she is under standing of a customers needs during a major Reno and gets the tech to the job when needed. She also follows up upon completion of the job to make sure the customer is satisfied. On the rare occasion when Valintina was unavailable, I dealt with Rachel, who projected the same high standards of customer service which was very comforting during a stressful Reno. One more shout out is to Sam The that was assigned to the Reno name is Sam, he is professional in every way, from parking in the assigned parking spot, evaluation of work needed , pleasant personality and did not “cut corners” this is also another member of the team to make me feel comfortable.
