He was very good, very professional. It took half a day to put the toilet in. The only thing is that they didn't get back to me when they were suppose to with new information regarding the job.

Waited between 11-1 PM and they never showed up. Offered to send someone after the fact but it was too late. I wasted my day waiting for them to show up. Pretty frustrating.

I am very happy that Advanced Professional was able to send a technician within an hour of my call. The technician, Kevin, did very good work. He examined the issues we wanted fixed and gave us a price quote. We gave him a go and he started working. He put in a professional & neat job on all 3 issues (leaky toilet shutoff valve, burst pipe and outdoor faucet), I will not hesitate to call call Advanced Professional and ask for him again should I need more services in the future.

Went great did not have heat in our child's room. Advanced Professional Plumbing came promptly and did some of the best work that I have ever seen (I work with contractors daily). Attention to detail was most important.Mo, Adam and Ahmed did were some of the hardest workers and fast that I have seen, never sacrificing quality. A plus roofing and Spartan electric came in to assist and also didn't disappoint with the same quality as AA plumbing. You won't be disappointed.

Advanced Professional Plumbing responded quickly to my first phone call. They came at the designated time, and analyzed the job. They explained the work that needed to be done, about how long it would take, and how much it would cost. They also explaiined that some parts needed to be ordered, about when they expected the parts to arrive, and that they would complete the job right after they got the parts in. They stayed true to their word on all accounts. They received the parts on a Saturday afternoon, and completed the job the next day, on a Sunday afternoon. There was no extra charge for working on a Sunday. They did exactly what they said they would do, they came exactly when they said they would come, and the charged exactly what they said they would charge. I found them to be polite, thorough and professional. I am a satisfied customer, will use them again, and recommend them highly.

The check-up went well. The technician suggested some additional work but did not press the issue. I might call them next year for the additional work.

The technician (Sam) was excellent. He was professional, pleasant, courteous and helpful. He performed both tasks in a very timely manner.

They were very prompt and professional. They explained the problem to me and showed me everything I needed to look out for and gave me tips to prevent problems in the future.

Sam came over at exactly scheduled time which was very convenient for us. He spend 30-40 minutes and he explained to us what is the problem and provided options for fixing it long-term. He has provided a short-term solution on the spot which brought our heating system back to life. Thanks for great work!

The showed up really quickly, which was really important to me because we were freezing. In less than one hour,they restored our hot water. They also discovered that my furnace was not working, which was important with helping me to determine the next move with getting the heat working in our new home.

My experience with them tuned out fine. They were very informative and very polite. They did the job and more so.

Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. Wasn't able to fix my problem, air speed, but explained why and a few tips how to improve incrementally.

Meanwhile back at the ranch, the unit was able to get through the entire summer. I'm not quite sure but certainly some of their comments concerning the installation might be inaccurate. It was a question in my mind what their goals were in terms of trying to sell me a new system. They tried to follow-up for the service and I told them that I was surprised they were seeking for a replacement when the unit was functioning. It did function for the rest of the summer. I wouldn't deal with them again. It was quite apparent that their motive was to sell. They gave me a price for the repair which was ridiculous.

That was awhile ago. It was okay. It was good. They came out the following week. There were additional charges for more freon. I would use them in the future if there was a deal. They were a little late to the appointment. I feel the price was a little high. I would tell a friend or family that they it's okay to use them.

The serviceman was very straight forward with me when he explained the condition of the old unit. They were able to order a new unit over the weekend and installed the new one on Monday. The new unit has been running exceptionally well.

Showed up for the service call later than appointed time. Did not have all supplies - shower faucet - went to pick one up. Returned hours later with faucet that was similar but did not match. Stated he had an emergency call to attend to during the period of absence. Did not communicate such during this period. We called office to discuss our dissatisfaction and the manager was unprofessional, dismissive and unpleasant on the phone. Would not assume any responsibility for our complaints. Asked to speak with the owner who never returned our call.

The appointment went very well. Moe was knowledable and personable. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing. Our unti was working fine, it just needed the filter to be cleaned or replaced. He did a thorough job of checking all aspects of the unit. I will call again next year when we need to get ready for summer!

The service was great - even Matt and Carmen at the office were courteous and polite. Sam, the technician, was patient with me and quick with his work. I have 0 complaints about this company and am happy to give them a A+++ rating.

I wanted to find out why my central A/C wasn't cooling the bedrooms on the second floor to a comfortable temperature. The technician could not identify the problem and suspected a leak in the ductwork. He recommended breaking the wall in two places to locate the suspected leak, at $350 for each breakage and the provider would not be responsible for repairing the wall. It sounded too expensive for detective work and I decided not to pursue it any further.

Fast response, even on Sunday. Furnace broke down at 4pm and by 2pm Monday we had hot water again.

The service was great. The gentleman who came to the house was friendly and very professional. He had to go back to the shop to get a part, and came back quickly to finish the job. His repair was thorough and, when he left, the room looked as clean as it was when he arrived. I would definitely use this company again. In fact, he's coming back next week to fix a pipe in my basement.

I located Advanced Professional Plumbing on Angie?s List when one of my antiquated water heaters stopped working in January. They were not the first A-rated plumbers I called, but they were the first to agree to obtain a permit. My initial rating of this company would have been a B, back when I thought they did the job correctly and were only mildly unprofessional. Long story short: I didn?t receive a permit until May for the job completed in January. When the water heater subsequently failed inspection, the company led me on another chase trying to get them to repair their shoddy work. Ultimately, I paid another company to upgrade the entire ventilation system, thus repairing the work of Advanced in the process and allowing the water heater to pass inspection. But then Advanced was in the position of owing me money. I began a complaint against Advanced with the BBB in July, which was treated with even less professionalism than the job itself. The company ultimately referred me to their ?evidence? of an unsigned contract stating: ?Any additional upgrades to pass inspection will be billed separately.? I didn?t realize the new ventilation pipes added to connect the new water heater could be upgraded to code, for an additional fee. I guess that was bad salesmanship on their part. At any rate, another company saved Advanced the trouble of figuring out their mistake or over-charging me any further for it. I paid for a job that would stand up to code, or else why bother with a permit? At the end of August, Advanced finally sent me a check to settle the BBB complaint, but I remain wholly unsatisfied with their service and their behavior. I have also discovered discrepancies with the license for this business, which are currently being investigated by the NJ Board of Master Plumbers. The number listed here on Angie?s List and their website (#12234) is not correct. Just do yourself a favor and find another plumber now. Even if you don?t need a permit for your particular job, ask yourself this: Do you want to pay top dollar for a job that isn?t even done right by a group of people who are anything but professional?

Advanced Professional Plumbing is efficient, fast, and fair priced. I love them and spent the night praising God for their work and getting this job done.

Please forgive the length of this review... Overall, I am very happy with the installed products and the quality of the installation. In fact, subsequently I had a plumber who also installs central A/C in for some unrelated plumbing work and he admired the work these fellows did. I think it's pretty high praise when a potential competitor says positive things like that! I would certainly hire them again and do recommend them to anyone undertaking this sort of job. I would make a few suggestions to fellow home owners contemplating a similar job, no matter who you hire. The first is to require township permits even though that means greater expense and the hassle of inspections (Advanced charges a permit processing fee on top of the township fees). It's not about the quality of the vendor's work so much as it is about township ordinances. In my case, because I had the proper permits and inspections, the zoning officer didn't cite me for violating property setback ordinances related to the proximity of the outdoor condensers to the property line (due to an internal mix-up, the permits were never shared with his department so he didn't have the opportunity to affect the outcome. I am very fortunate he took that attitude with my case.) Speaking of attitude, that leads me to my next bit of advice. When embarking on a major project like this, be prepared that things may not go as you originally envision. Especially with a retrofit (in my case there was no existing forced-air ducts to re-purpose, so this involved cutting through walls and floors) surprises come up for even the most experienced crew. Be prepared to evaluate the options and negotiate a reasonable work-around with the contractor. Don't get paranoid or melodramatic. The better educated you are ahead of time about the challenges the installers face, the better you'll see why they do the things the way they do. I got my first quote back in Aug 2014, but did nothing until the following season. I'm lucky I did considering what I learned from my research in the interim. Not everyone is going to go that far, but it's something to consider I would also like to say that there are really two different parts to a major contractor: the business side (the fellows who negotiate the contract) and the technical side (the installers). I had a much better experience with the field crew (the installers) than I had with the office. The installers worked their butts off in what was probably the hottest weather week of the summer. There was always a foreman on site and no slackers. They worked really well together as a team and I never heard as much as a peep of complaint (not that I spoke their language, anyway). They were there when they said they'd be, took reasonable length breaks and made a good effort to minimize damage cutting walls and floors and then cleaned up when they were done. Kudos! My office experience wasn't quite as good. Phone calls were almost never returned and, unless I called and spoke with someone to find out where things stood, I was in the dark. I know people are busy, but come on. In fact, I only found out that the city had approved the permits 20 days earlier when I happened to contact the code enforcement office on another matter and figured I'd ask about these permits just for giggles. What's up with that? So, I went down to city hall, paid the permit fees ($650, yikes!) and then contacted Advanced. They set the install date almost immediately thereafter, which was good. Yet, whenever I called about the contracts, I had the feeling they were the customer and I was the contractor. It was like the terms of the contract were some sort of favor I should be grateful for. Perhaps it was just a matter of style or manner of speech. I had to keep reminding myself to follow the advice I mentioned earlier about customer paranoia. In the end, I didn't make a big deal about it to them, but I think there's room for improvement there which is why I mention it.

On 08/22/2015 our central air cooling system stopped working. It is not good news for summer. Found company via angieslist. Setting up an appt. was very easy. Technician Sam was at our place in an hour. Hi was timely, professional and pleasant. Thoroughly diagnosed and eventually found the problem. Quickly fixed it next day- gave me a 10% Angieslist discount. We have cool air again. . I had a 5 star experience with this company and will def. use it again. Would highly recommend based on this experience.
