Advanced Professional Plumbing Heating & Cooling

Gave me a 2 hour window but never showed up or called to say that they were running late or that appointment was canceled.

This couldn't have gone any better! A live person answered the phone (not a voicemail), and 2 plumbers arrived at my house within an hour (she had said they would try to arrive within 2 hours). They efficiently and effectively diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. I cannot comment on the competitiveness of the price, given that this was an emergency repair and I didn't have time to collect other estimates. Regardless, I will call this company again in a heartbeat the next time I need a plumber.

Mike and Joseph were fantastic. They were very professional and walked me through some preventive maintenance measures I can do myself. They seem affordable but they are so good at what they do that they didn't take long at all, I would use them again for this as well as future plumbing/heating projects.

Great! Although the work had to be postponed a week for unavoidable reasons for the company, they let us know two days in advance. We were scheduled for the following week and received several communications from the company to keep us informed about the schedule. Two young men arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work with several updates on how it was going. My 96 year old mother really appreciated this as she was feeling anxious about how it was going. After the work was completed she said she found the young men to be "really nice and very helpful"

Didn't get anywhere because, despite their advertising of "24/7" service....THEIR VOICE MAILBOX WAS FULL! Called another firm which got right back to me and I hired them to fix things that night and then the next day had them do some expensive line clearing work. ADVANCED PRO lost the business because they voice mailbox was full!

It didn't. The company never showed up at the site. So much for great reviews of previous work.

Great company highly recommended,they did an amazing job,I was happy with the outcome and the pricing they gave me,The tech Sam was so nice and we understood each other,he knows what he is doing ,he did a great job. If you need a company call these guys.

I was told they were busy and wouldn't have anyone available until at least Friday or Saturday. So much for 24hr emergency service.

They were great. They arrived to give an estimate, and then came back an hour later to perform the work. It was quick, and they did a great job.

I hate to leave a totally negative review so I will give an A for same day service and for making a successful repair. However, the Technician did not inspire confidence. Over the course of approximately 8 hours he repeatedly phoned supervisor for guidance and asked twice if I would consider upgrading to a newer, more efficient unit. The repair was done eventually, and the AC works well, but I suspect that he succeeded only by shotgun replacement of parts, i.e. control board, thermostat and finally the power transformer. I think it is possible, but not likely, that all three things could have gone bad at once. I call a different HVAC business next time.

The service provider snaked the pipe from two angles, and the drain opened. I'd give this provider a higher rating than A if it existed.

They were amazing. Gave us a very fair quote that was a lot less than local competitors, and stayed until 10pm making sure the job was done correctly. We appreciated that they kept their word about it being a one-day job, even though I know they ran into some unforeseen complications with our ducts that really wasn't their fault at all. After the service, they were exceedingly prompt and responsive with concerns I had about the sound of the fan (there was nothing wrong! I was merely unaccustomed to the sound being so low compared to the ancient system we had before). Thanks to the team at Advanced we are very comfortable in the summer heat and cannot be happier with their professionalism, honesty, and truly admirable work ethic.

I hired a electrical technician to install a new smart thermostat. The technician spent 3 hours but could not get the job done. I called this company instead and Sam came for the service. He was professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problems, reconnected some wires and installed the new thermostat perfectly in about an hour. Excellent service!

Good crew, got the replacement done in time. Would suggest checking on the permit work though as there was some confusion around who will submit the paperwork and pay for it.

They scheduled me of the same day, came when they said they would. Sam was very nice and was very helpful.

Sam was very professional and courteous. He removed old disposal and installed a drain and made sure all drains properly worked. He also leveled the dishwasher and installed an electric cord for it.

First impression was great but short lived, SAM showed up for the job as scheduled. Could not care about the backstory on the issues, matter of fact he tuned me out as we went upstairs and looked at it he asked me questions I had already answered and then said things like "you said you..." when I never did. Oh well - who cares as long as he can fix it, right? He was here about 30 min, gave his diagnostic and said the office would be in touch the next day. Didn't hear so I called. Said they would all back in 15min. Again nothing, so an hour later I called. ADAM answered ran thru their evaluation - I asked if they are wrong by some chance and we still have a problem, what next? I was then bounced back between ADAM and SAM on the phone - my question was pretty straight forward and I was polite - but they started to almost bully me for being stupid/naive. I had them on speaker and have witnesses for the way I was spoken to. "I'm the f'in manager" "I don't give a sh*t" - not sure this is justified when all I asked was "if this isn't the correct solution what happens?". Nonetheless, I took the rudeness. I explained we already had 3 unsuccessful attempts at fixing the problem and I just wanted to know this company would see it thru without charging me an arm and a leg. Apparently that was a rude question and they told me they didn't want to work with me anymore. Said I owed them for the visit and hung up on me. I called back. Tried to explain I was just looking for an idea of what comes next if this doesn't work and sorry if that was miscommunicated. Again more cursing and hung up on. Wow. Called again asked for a manager. Hung up on. Called again, dead air. Called the 201 #. Sam answered. Basically told me I'm an idiot for not believing him and hung up on me. I am disgusted and angry by how I was spoken to. Not because I am a woman but because I am just trying to be an informed and educated home owner. Beware!!!

DId the job well, but think I was over charged.

This is the fourth or fifth job this company has done for me and it went quite well!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They gave me a 5 hour window to come perform an estimate. After spending 5 minutes on-site they told me someone would have to call me to give me an estimate for the work, I never heard from them. I called a day later and they told me the would have someone call me as soon as they arrived to give me the estimate, I never heard from them. I waited 3 days and tried to call them again, this time they had no clue who came out 3 days prior to perform the initial estimate, then they start telling me they're waiting to hear back from the manufacturer for the price of the motor. They are unprofessional, disorganized and they're liars. Don't waste your time with them, move on to anyone else on the list.

Waster water keeps popping out from the basement sink which goes out to the street main pipe. I called them 8am Sunday morning over Memorial long weekend, they came over two hours later. They snaked the main sewer and vaccumed. Problem was solved immediate. Although price was not cheap, it is commeasurable to their professiobalism. I do appreciate their quick response and this makes me mind free.

They argued and told off my neighbor.

service was excellent. they did a great job, kept me appraised all along the way and left the kitchen clean. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent .Spoke to Adam who was courteous. He set up the visit and the technicians arrived at my house within an hour after I called. On a Saturday! Did not stop snaking the drain until it was fully functional. They left the area clean and in good order
