Overall great service. There was an hour courtesy call prior to arriving. They did the job fast and efficiently and showed me every step of the way. Will be hiring them again if needed.

I called for help on Friday night after 7:00. Mike and Sam arrived punctually at 9:00 a.m. the following morning. They were courteous and professional and completed the job within an hour. Everything works great! I recommend them without reservation.

We had a pipe that burst from the cold in one of our bathrooms. I called to schedule Advanced Professional to come take a look and give us a price to repair. I spoke with the woman who answers the phone on a Friday and she said "Monday is our first availability" which I said was fine, she followed with "It is $185.00 just to walk in the door" which I also said fine to. She took my address and phone number and asked if she can call me back in 10 minutes for some reason which I also said was fine. I never got a call back and a plumber never showed on Monday. Clearly they don't need the business. I would not even consider hiring someone to do major work on my house that shows such unprofessionalism.

I had a great experience with these people. They were very fast and simple. The prices were also outstanding.

I called Advanced Professional, the women who answered the phone (Shy) was very kind and helpful. She sent someone out to me and his name was Sam. He did his job right and also for a good price. Sams the man!

Alex from advanced plumbing came to snake my sewage line today. Although he was not able to clear the line because of possible collapse in the line but he did very professional job...even broke three of this "snake extensions" trying to clear the blockage. He then patiently explained to me all of my options and next steps. Highly recommended...ask for Alex...he is very dedicated and professional.

Excellent work on a new installation, they arrived on time, were very professional, they installed the new system with good attention to detail, a tough job up in the attic during the summer, installed a thermostat and its working really well. Thank you!

The best company in the north-east, whether you are dealing with an emergency. remodeling your kitchen of bathroom or building a new home there are no better people to deal with than the people at Advanced. Their technology is light years ahead of the rest. Honest people with integrity combined with professional highly skilled workers using the newest machinery an is awesome combination. I wholeheartedly recommend this team.

It went well. Sam and Omar were very professional. They provided detailed explanation of their findings and implemented solution.

I had them quote a leak in a shower faucet. They quoted $1,000. That is OUTRAGEOUS for what was required. Yes, there was some sweating of pipe required, but the total materials they needed was $100. I did it myself and it took 4 hours. A professional could have done it in half that. So are you going to tell me that they charge $450 an hour? No, They saw a job that they figured a DIY'er wouldn't be able to do because it involved sweating pipe, and they tried to rip me off. $1,000. UNBELIEVABLE. These guys are the reason people think plumbers will try to rip you off. DO NOT go with these guys. Dishonest.

OUTRAGEOUSLY OVERPRICED. It's criminal what these guys tried to charge me. I had a leaking faucet in my shower. They came over and told me it would be $1000. I went out and bought a new faucet and diverter valve, for $100. I installed it myself in about 2 hours. It did take some sweating of pipe, but that's not completely beyond the capability of a DIY'er. I think they looked at it and figured the typical homeowner would not be confident enough to sweat pipe. But seriously, $1,000 for something that I bought for $100 and installed in 2 hours? They could've done that in probably half the time. These guys are OUTRAGEOUSLY DISHONEST!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEIR QUOTE. They will try to rip you off like they tried with me. I will NEVER use these dishonest people and neither should you.

This company is absolutely amazing. The men who worked on my house did their job very well. All the men were respectful and cleaned after their job was done. I would recommend to family and friends and i would hire again!

First 8-12 window was completely missed, no call, but was rescheduled for later that day, no show for that either. Called to reschedule for The following Tuesday, Nov 28, with a firm appointment in the morning, I think 8 or 9 am. no show, no call. I'm finally taking the time to leave this review; I've moved on and found another plumber I'm quite happy with. Two days wasted waiting is far too many. I read the other review that you guys are busy...just schedule further out in the future or say no.

A free estimate appointment was scheduled for 12/13/17. Received a call the night before that they needed to reschedule and could come that night at 8pm or 10pm. It was late but I agreed and waited, however, they never showed up and did not call. Disappointed.

Well fro the second time, but was charged only for checking the issue.

* Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy; their schedule was reasonably accommodating * I was given a window of 8am to 12pm, during which I was to be home and available to let the person in * Nobody showed up or called by 10am, so I called to confirm the time. I was told everything was running on schedule and someone would come before 12pm. I was assured that if things start running behind schedule I was going to be called and informed in advance. * Nobody showed up or called by 12pm. * I called to let them know that I won't be available for the rest of the day. * The receptionist was a lot more surprised by the fact that I didn't want to wait, than the fact that the appointment was a no-show. * No explanation or apology was offered for the wasted 4h.

Horrible. Had an appointment scheduled for a 9-11 AM window and had no communication from them by 11:45 so I called and they said they were running a little late. I called again at 1:30 and the representative said the tech was still delayed but she would call back with an update. I never heard back from them that afternoon or in the future. Horrible communication, I'm done with them!

they had to cancel/reschedule the estimate. twice. i understand they're probably busy with the heating season starting up, but once you cancel on short notice, please prioritize the second one. especially for folks taking off work to be there. no statement on work quality, they seem to get good reviews otherwise.

The plumber who came to my house was named Alex. He was very nice and professional. I initially called just to get an air test on my plumbing line to see where a gas leak was coming from. Alex showed up within the time frame set. He performed the test and walked me through the whole process. I also asked him if he could fix my toilet. He took a look at it and went out to the store to pick up the parts he needed and fixed the toilet that same day as well as the issue with the gas leak. I am very grateful for his service and that he took the time to explain everything to me. I gave I would recommend anyone to use this company. Alex did a great job.

They were very responsive and gave 3 hour window during a busy Saturday that was extremely cold. They called before coming and were timely. Found what was wrong and fixed the relief valve, expansion tank and found additional problems such as faulty water feeder. Tested and flushed entire system to remove air and ensure working properly.

They cleaned the condensate pipe with a shop vac. Fine. I was then told that I would need to have the system flushed and re-charged properly which would cost $1700.00 due to the high cost $1000.00) of the R-410A coolant. After investigating, I found I can purchase a 25lb tank for under $130.00 from multiple vendors. I was also told that the temperature sensor was actually in the remote control and that it needed to be kept within a few feet of the unit to work properly or install a wall mount, wired, thermostat. A call to the manufacturer proved this to be absolutely not true. I look forward to the promised call from the owner on why his guys were trying to rip me off or to possibly come up with whatever the "misunderstanding" is.
