Description of Work: After buying a big deal for a whole house humidifier the company never called, I had to call them to try to set up a date. The owner told me that he wont honor the deal and tried to get me to pay 800.00. They told me that the part was 300.00 and after I told them I could buy that same part for 95.00 brand new. He got really mad yelling at me telling me to #%^* @$%^@@ 5%#%&*&# OFF. then he hung up on me. Never use.

First of all that's Angie's list fault for advertising the wrong deal. I never disrespect you when you spoke to me regarding the deal you bought. I told you the deal is for swapping a humidifier not for a new installation. You said the parts cost for water line and the transformer only a few dollars. Of course I'm not gonna honor the deal you don't a précis te the quality work we do. Find another plumber that will do all the installation for a humidifier for 349 an I will pay him to install it. Have a nice day.

Description of Work: Toilet was running nonstop. Called mark midday and he was at my apt that night. Prob seemed like a pretty easy fix for him, but still cost $100. Oh well, cost of doing business. Prob seems to be fixed. Would call him back in for the next job and recommend him for yours based on his responsiveness. Seemed like a nice guy to boot
