Excellent Plumbing, Rated #1 in the Area.
We just don't say we are honest but we are honest. We have grown quickly by doing things the correct way and not cheating customers.
We've been a mainstay in this community for decades. Coming from a family of plumbers, I am telling you to be careful with other plumbing companies. I am ashamed what other companies do in order to get ahead. It's tempting but we don't do it. Our reputation is much more important. You can trust us by talking to our current customers.
Excellent. I called on a Saturday morning. Al was there with himself and an assistant in half an hour. It was fast since I called him I think about 9 am. He quickly shut off the water, found the burst pipe and capped and fixed it. As a professional myself, I could see he did excellent work.
Description of Work: Capped a water supply line.

This review is a long time coming. I’ve been busy with work so I haven’t been able to write this. These reviews take a while to write and it's pretty exhausting. (Al, I’m sorry it took so long.) Anyway, let me tell you that this company is the BEST. Seriously. Let me tell you that good plumbers are notoriously hard to find. I mean really, really hard even though there are tons of them out there. But, as a property manager, I need to go through so many bad ones to just find a single decent one. It’s really that hard. For example, I’ve been doing this for about 15 years and I haven’t found a single decent plumber in all of Morris County. I think I’ve literally gone through every single plumber in Morris County. Not one single good plumber! How is that possible, right? Another tough area is Sheepshead Bay area in Brooklyn. Sadly, many are lazy and dishonest. I just had one cheat me last week. He broke a toilet fill valve while trying to do something else. I saw it and he quickly explained me that the fill valve was leaking slightly. When he left, I found out that he lied. it wasn’t leaking. It was the exact opposite – there was no water coming out at all. He also didn't do what I had hired him to do but demanded payment. As a property manager, you just got to let those guys go and hope you never see them again. The guy told me he’s been a plumber for 30 years. But, get this…while describing something, he told me that a gate valve was a check valve and vice-versa. I didn’t say a word and my jaw just dropped in awe. Never seen such ignorance in my whole life. It’s literally what you learn in the 1st week of plumbing “school” but he still didn’t know after 30 years. I looked him up on the state database and found out he was unlicensed. He probably never had an apprenticeship – no plumber to ever teach him anything. I guess for the last 30 years, he’s just been winging it and scamming people along the way. Wow. I felt a little bad for him but I am also thinking about the tons of people he’s scammed…like me - I paid him $700 to screw around for 6 hours and cause more damage. So, why did I hire him? He wrote a lot of 5-star reviews himself I guess. I don’t know how he got away with it on Yelp. Also, I can’t understand why he wouldn’t at least crack open a book on plumbing once in the past 30 years so he doesn’t have to make stuff up. Sorry for the major digression. Moral of the story is when you find a good plumber, don’t let him out of your sight. Three Brother Plumbing are better than good plumbers, they are great plumbers so grab onto them and treat them nice. And, if you are in Passaic County, you now know one great plumber to call. I genuinely mean this. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Simple. They know their stuff. I believe their family has been involved in it for at least over a generation. I think it says somewhere that their company is only 9 years old though. That’s not entirely accurate. I believe their father was in the plumbing business with them and after their dad’s retirement, Al and his brothers changed the company name. (Must have hurt his dad’s feelings. j/k) So, they grew up on plumbing so they definitely know their stuff. I had one plumbing company (Russo Brothers- avoid them like the plague as they overcharge for incompetence) that couldn’t find a simple pipe leak. They spent a few days “looking” as they racked up the hours. Al came in and found the leak right away like in 5 minutes. Russo Brothers were looking in totally the wrong spot or maybe intentionally acting stupid to rack up the hours on their client (and my tenant). I don’t know. Al was honest and fixed it in like 30 minutes. Imagine that. 3 Brothers also did a lot of other work for me that was a lot tougher. They know plumbing inside and out, unlike other guys. EXTREMELY FAIR PRICES One thing you have to watch out for is that a lot of contractors slip in a high price among the itemized list, hoping you don’t catch them. As my job, I look at every item on the invoice. And, every invoice I’ve got from them was not only itemized fairly well (some contractors will just lazily say something vague like “Fixed widget.” and put down some obscene price) so you know you are getting charged accurately, every item was priced VERY fairly. INTEGRITY I’m not personal friends with Al so I truthfully don’t know if he truly is a nice guy or it’s just an act but his actions speak volumes to me. If you’re in a bind, he’ll come to you and help you out anyway he can. He genuinely seems like a nice guy. And, I know this sounds crazy but I think he likes doing the work because he helps people. I told you it would sound crazy. Anyway, these guys have a lot of integrity. That’s the most important factor in my book.
